"Staffs are very friendly. Viet (bell boy) is extremely helpful. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were amazing, so much to choose from, alcohol included. Restaurant Staffs were very polite and the services were excellent. Hotel guests (mainly Russians) sometimes not very courtesy (didn't wait in line when get on and off the shuttle bus)"

"I spent a weekend with my son at the resort and had a lovely time, the accommodation is of a very good standard, very large and comfortable room, well equipped. The beach was peaceful, leisure facilities were plentiful, the swimming pools were clean. The food was good, great variety of dishes on the buffet. The staff were of a high degree of professionalism and absolutely amazing, friendly and very attentive. One downside was the litter on the beach (plastic bottles, polystyrene, etc) with nowhere to dispose of it. "
