"Chalé bem aconchegando, cama excelente, travesseiros muito bom. Café da manhã bem servido, ele vem numa cestinha em horário combinado. A equipe do hotel muito prestativa. Chuveiro muito bom, esquenta bastante com boa pressão na água, a banheira tem um tamanho excelente para o casal. Um ponto que eu melhoraria é a instalação de um ar condicionado com ar quente, como fui em julho, Monte Verde é muito frio, então para o quarto ficar mais aconchegante, faltou um ar quente, pois a lareira não consegue aquecer o quarto. Mas do resto, a experiência foi muito boa, valeu a pena."

"Excelente e lindo lugar. Simplesmente maravilhoso. Faltou um ar condicionado e um blackout, pois o quarto fica extremamente claro as 6am devido a luz que entra pelo banheiro. Mas tudo é maravilhoso, impecável, café da manhã de altíssimo nível. Iremos voltar com toda certeza."
