The house was great for our weekend getaway. Plenty of room beautiful views and a great beach. Carolyn was great as well and very responsive to our requests. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit

Still Fabulous

This is the first time we've ever gone back to the same property twice, it's just that good. The house is immaculate. The beds are fabulous. The hospitality is top notch .. and then there are the whales!!! Literally nothing more to ask for, just perfect all around.

The Perfect Place

Amazing as always

The property is at a perfect location; the views of the beach and Mount Rainier could not be more spectacular. The house has everything a group needs and is very comfortable.We look forward to returning next year.

Great getaway!

The home was great for our group! The home had a very large and well-equipped kitchen for cooking and gathering around the kitchen island. We felt like we were living on the water itself with the close proximity to the water/beach, wind, breeze and the like. Very lovely place to stay with friends/family...

Annual beach vacation

This is our second time staying at this house and it is a beautiful, nice house with a lovely kitchen and fun outdoor toys (kayaks and paddle board). We enjoyed walking the beach and hunting for cool rocks and shells :) Thank you!

Special Spot

We had a great time watching the herons, eagles and one little seal! The ADA room was perfect for my 93yr old mother-in-law. Communication was easy and the view is very special.

Family birthday celebration

Such a beautiful little spot on Camano Island. Property owners were so friendly and helpful. House was the perfect layout for our group, including my elderly father. Really enjoyed our crabbing outing (and of course, eating our bounty)! Hope to be back soon!

Perfect vacation getaway

My family and I loved our time here. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside watching the boats and wildlife. My husband and kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. The bbq doesn’t look great but works fine. We bought and left a few extra bbq tools for others to use. The views of the water were amazing from every room. We hope to come back!

Spacious, gorgeous, relaxing week with friends

Its a beautiful house right on the water. There is a whole wall that opens all the way up, and we spent hours talking in the living room and gazing out at the bald eagles, seals and herons. Most properties on this stretch are not rentals and it is a nice community. They have a SUP (which we didn't use) and 2 kayaks which we did use. The owner lives next door and is very helpful and responsive. Big, well stocked kitchen.

Ringing in the New Year!

This was a lovely location in a beautiful home. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the fabulous view. We hiked in the area and played games in the houseand found good food nearby.Master bed was so comfy; other beds not so much. The open floor plan did not allow for much sound isolation - a bit of an issue with our teens. The 3rd floor beds were dusty from disuse. In such an elegant home, we were surprised to find no Kleenex tissues and to find few and low quality towels in the bathrooms.

It is a beautiful home, w/a fantastic view of the water. Served our purposes. While we understand that it is winter, there were problems w/the reservation system and that there have been rough times recently; there are multiple home maintenance issues that should be addressed before the busy season. Issues include: - Home heating; water heating. - Cooktop and oven - Security System - Water filter may need to be serviced as last recorded date was 6-23-2020 That being said it was a good place, and allowed us to hold the space needed for this reunion. We thank you all for the chance to do this, and hope that things get better for y'all soon. Warm regards, The T-L-H family.

Beautiful home and location, but accomodations uncomfortable.

Beautiful home with a lot of potential. I have stayed at many VRBO's, and this is the first that showed lack of care. Only 1 bed, the master bed, was comfortable, the others were so hard it interferred with my quests sleeping even for the children. This is a problem I have never ran into when renting on VRBO. Oddly communication was difficult, my emails with questions and texts were never returned. When we arrived there was a mix up and the house was not ready, they did quickly work to get us in which I appreciated and they offered an extra night free which was very kind. But in staying, so much on the surface is visuallly nice and pretty but more deeply it is unkept, dirty drawers, greasy utensils, sticky knobs, rugs unwashed, no propane for BBQ, no paddle board, no kayak, no outdoor shower and last day no hot water. I have never written a negative review but these issues wore on me, particularly the hard uncomfortable beds. Most easily fixable, and such a beautiful location and home, hope they do something for their future renters.

Absolutely Perfect

Just returned from an amazing stay at this property. We have stayed at over a dozen properties in the area and this one stands out above the rest. Communication was top notch from the start and then, upon arrival, the house was even better than it looked online. It was pristine on the inside ... probably the cleanest home we've stayed in. The lay out is so enchanting and the view .. OH MY GOSH THE VIEW!! We saw whales, eagles, seal and so many amazing birds. We were a group of old friends .. two couple and two men on their own. The space was more than enough for all of us and we never felt cramped or in need. Usually, when we stay in rentals, by the last night my back has "had it" with the bed. This is the very first time that the bed OVER performed and I actually missed it's comfort once I got home. Everything you could need is available and, when we realized we forgot butter, they walked it over for us. Who does that? I simply can't say enough. NO IDEA what people are talking about in a couple of previous reviews .. this place is just perfection. Can not say enough positive. BOOK IT ... you won't be disappointed.

Our family had a wonderful stay here, the views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and plenty of space to hang out and play games. Would stay here again! The window wall that opens was the best part, especially with the beautiful weather we had.

We stayed for 3 weeks at this amazing location! The home is spacious, clean, had everthing you could need, and the views and atmosphere were absolutely stunning! From early morning sunrises and coffee... to sunset cocktails and gas fire pit... you will never get tired of the views and relaxation! We saw Seals every day and on the few days when it did rain or was overcast, there is an inside fire place that is cozy and makes for amazing movie nights and family time!We loved every minute, the owners were responsive and friendly and we would gladly stay here again! We made memories that we will cherish forever!

I came her for a girls getaway reunion with 5 friends from college. The house was perfect with plenty of space, well appointed kitchen, and beautiful views! Check in was super easy as the host was next door and came to let us in. We never left the property once checked in! We were hoping to make s’mores at a fire pit but that wasn’t available when we were there. Regardless we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

So amazing! Never wanted to leave!

The house is just magical. I could never get tired of that view or walks on the beach. The house was perfect for our "girls" weekend. We baked bread, cooked meals, and spend hours gazing at the water while doing craft projects and chatting. The beds were comfortable and the views from the bedrooms were just as magical as the view from the living room. Wish I could live here.
