Property was very well maintained and well stocked with everything you would need for a vacation. Amazing view of the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Lots of comfy spots in the home to relax, read a book and play games with the family. Highly recommend.

Michael's property is one of the most peaceful, picturesque, vacation properties I have been to. Five stars all around, but worth a mention are the very comfortable beds/linens, the ice maker!, the espresso machine, and of course the view. Excellent communication and clear expectations were also appreciated. Will hope to return for another visit!

My three sisters and I get away once a year to catch up. This year we needed a place where we could just relax and reconnect after a long winter. This place was perfect. The sunsets are spectacular, the view amazing and the house very comfortable and inviting! We will do this again! Quiet, clean, charming getaway on the bay

Michael was close in contact the whole visit, from check-in to our departure, letting us focus on relaxing and making a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment (and coffee!), the heating kept us toasty, and the view from the sun deck made it a perfect place to relax and eat our meals. There’s plenty to do and see on rural Camano, while there is still a shopping center with a full grocery store and other necessities is just 10 minutes away. I will happily come back here again.

Gorgeous house and view!

The house is lovely, well-decorated and comfortable. And the pool was nice and warm and perfectly clean. We also enjoyed the espresso machine for a nice americano in the morning! The only downside was the neighbor being hyper-aware of noise levels- we were yelled at by the neighbor multiple times for our small group having a conversation at a normal volume/playing cards games at 5-8pm on the back patio on a Saturday night. The host was polite and reasonable, but overall there was significant concern about even small amounts of noise at a reasonable time of day.

Peaceful, beautiful stay

We stayed at the home for a mom's getaway. It was the perfect, peaceful getaway at a beautiful home. The house was so welcoming and clean and had everything we needed. It's spacious, warm and we just didn't want to leave. The view was lovely!! Unlocking the front door was a bit tricky as you have turn the key counterclockwise until you hear a click and then push the door open . The lever does not go down. But this was so, so minor in the big scheme of things. Michael was very kind and accommodating.

Fabulous September 14-21, 2024 vacation! Everything exactly as per photos, gorgeous views, beautiful and comfortable decor. Super clean, quiet, everything you could want! The pool is a terrific bonus! The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. We have an orthopedic mattress at home for my chronic pain, and I was able to sleep well every night! Such a bonus when you are away from home! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom, the pool deck, and the comfortable chairs by the water view. So peaceful! Our host was incredibly accommodating, available immediately by phone and text throughout our stay, and made sure we had answers to every question and everything we needed. We don't vacation often, but we will be back here! Everything was above and beyond all our expectations!

Beautiful Home with Beautiful view

Michael was excellent communicator and helped out in any way possible during our stay. He gave very clear directions on getting to the home. The home is beautiful and very clean. I've stayed at a few dozen rentals over the last 12 years and the master bedroon bed is the MOST comfortable I've slept in. Looking to get one for my home. The kitchen has everything you need if you cook a lot and the coffe bar is over the top. The house is in a super quiet neighborhood and I'm sure the neighbors wish it to remain so. Looking for a super quiet, no noise disturbing, super ZEN home to rent...this is it. Enjoyed sitting on the platform at the end of the property and watching sunsets in the evening with my partner was amazing.

Beautiful comfortable Home - Family of 4

Our family had a wonderful stay while visiting Family. The home is incredibly comfortable with designer touches throughout. The large loft and bedroom upstairs are great for kids 6 or a family movie night. We visited in early spring so we did not use the pool or fitepit out back - but what a BEAUTIFUL view they both have! Note that this home is next to the water with an unobstructed GORGEOUS view but no direct beach access off the back of the property.Pros:- Beds were all very comfortable with plenty of quality pillows. - coffee and espresso machines provided.-owner extremely easy to contact and wonderful to work with. -Sun room was my personal favorite space! slight cons: (this home is TRULY fantastic!) -No laundry on site-Parents note - kids room is on 2nd floor while parents are on the 1st floor. -No HDMI capabilities for gaming (this was a plus for us parents ) This home is truly Beautiful - I would not hesitate to book again!

Beautiful, quiet get away

We luuuuuved, this property. We are two people who were looking for a quiet, relaxing, upscale vacation spot over the 4th of July. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and had every amenity we had been looking for (pool, BBQ, firepit, western facing waterfront, main floor bedroom with king size bed, etc.) Communication with the owner, before and during, was exceptional - Michael was super responsive and helpful. He left a couple goodies in the house including marshmallows for the fire pit (yes, we did make S'mores on the 4th of July!). The pool was at a perfect temperature, even for a nightly swim. And did I say it was quiet? So, very quiet; all day all we heard were the birds and the sound of our own snoring. I will also credit Michael for the best weather ever - mid to upper 70s, slight breeze - the best! We loved having a door to the outside in our bedroom too - great way to wake up in the morning for sure. I think we'll be back!

Memories were forever remembered here

This property is fantastic! Thank you to our hosts with their great communication. The home served all ages, very well. The kids could be upstairs, playing games, or watching T.V. The older crowd had a cozy living area, and kitchen. Everyone especially loved the back, closed in porch! The view was gorgeous, the long table could seat many guests. The area with 2 couches, and a center fireplace was a favorite cozy place for all. We loved the windows that opened up from the kitchen to the dining area, this was both convenient and fun! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We loved the espresso machine and syrups. We also loved the very nice ice machine. The home is immaculate, and it appears to have a decorators influences throughout the home. The yard and pool are so nice, but it was winter when we were there, so we didn’t indulge. There are beautiful beaches, hiking, and fun restaurants nearby. It is beautiful inside and out, and around! Loved it!

The property had a great view of the water. The beach access was about a half block down. The next door neighbor snapped at our adult son for using the pool Our first night there - he was in for 5 mins. We advised the host of this issue and he said- “If you could keep the pool enjoyment down to boring adult volumes after seven and fire pit conversations down to church-side-conversations-during-sermon levels after dark it would help a lot. These aren't my rules, but it will be very helpful in not having him confront you and also not having him be angry at me.” We checked the quiet hours for madrona beach and they are from 10pm-8 am. We felt we could not fully enjoy the property after that incident our first night, that’s is why we leave 4/5. The property itself is beautiful, the view is great.
