Quiet near the beach and the port

House with sea view, completely renovated in 2022, on a plot of 600m2, in a quiet dead end street, close to the coastal path on foot (100m), as well as 2 beaches (650m, i.e. 8 minutes -or 4 minutes by car- and 1.3km, or 16 minutes - or 4 minutes by car) and the quays and shops (800m) of Camaret.
Departing from the quays of Camaret, you will have access by boat to the islands of MolĂšne, Ouessant and Sein for a very exotic day of discovery.
For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 and the coastal paths will be an opportunity to discover numerous viewpoints on one side of the harbor of Brest (point of Roscanvel, then towards the west the Fort du Toulinguet and finally towards the south the tip of Pen Hir “les Tas de Pois” and the bay of Douarnenez.
The peninsula is also culturally rich and offers many festive moments during the summer, notably its Bout du Monde Festival.
A little less than an hour by car, you will discover the splendid village of Locronan, the Port-Musée de Douarnenez and you will have access to the towns of Brest and Quimper, as well as the Monts d'Arrée, and a little further to Pointe du Raz (1h30).
The house can accommodate 6 people,
- Ground floor: 1 bedroom of 11m2 with new 160x200 bed and wardrobe; a living room of 37m2 with fitted kitchen (work surface, new fridge-freezer, new induction hob, new oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), dining room (buffet, table and 6 chairs) and living room (2 sofas, coffee table, TV and corner seat), a bathroom (shower and bathtub, sink, trash can, hairdryer) and a separate toilet.

- Floor: 2 large bedrooms each with 2 new 90x200 beds (can be attached for a 180x200 bed) with storage, a dressing room (with ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner) and bathroom (WC, trash can, towel rack , basin).
- Garage: washing machine, clothes dryer and storage possibilities.
- Terrace: garden furniture, sun loungers. At the bottom of the garden, small wooden tables and benches, for a little moment of relaxation in the shade of the oak tree and barbecue.
- Wide entrance and garden path, allowing easy parking for 2 cars.

Great location for hiking and swimming at the protected Camaret beach. Morgat is not far with beautiful trail and kayak visit to colorful sea caves.

Lovely house in great location

We had a very enjoyable fortnight's stay in Marie's lovely house, which is very well located for the town and walks by the coast (which would have been fantastic for our dog if he had been allowed as a guest!). The online listing is accurate for the house but less so as regards some details, e.g. provision of towels and requirement for a cash deposit on arrival. Overall, however, we would recommend the house and Camaret.

Modernes Haus mit traditionellem Äußeren

Wir hatten fĂŒnf wundervolle Tage. Das Haus liegt ideal zwischen dem Strand Plage de Pen Hat und dem Ort mit Restaurants, BĂ€cker und Supermarkt. Jeweils 4 Minuten hinunter und dann 12 Minuten hinauf (mit dem Fahrrad). Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die EigentĂŒmerin ist sehr nett und großzĂŒgig.

Merveilleux séjour dans un excellent gßte

Nous dĂ©sirions un havre de paix pour notre sĂ©jour sur la presqu'Ăźle de Crozon. La maison de Marie-Paule rĂ©pond tout Ă  fait Ă  cette dĂ©finition. TrĂšs chouette accueil dans un gĂźte trĂšs propre, bien agencĂ© et chaleureux. L'emplacement du gĂźte est idĂ©al: suffisament retirĂ© pour ĂȘtre au calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  5 bonnes minutes Ă  pied du port de Camaret. Il est Ă©galement Ă  proximĂ©tĂ© de beaucoup de sentier de randonnĂ©e, ce qui permet de partir Ă  pied sans devoir reprendre son vĂ©hicule. Une chose est certaine, nous reviendrons. Encor merci Ă  Marie-Paule pour son accueil.

Belle maison au calme à proximité du GR 34 et du village

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans la maison de Marie. TrĂšs propre, tout est lĂ  pour se sentir ‘à la maison’. RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e avec goĂ»t, il ne manque de rien, surtout, la literie est super confortable. De plus, la maison jouit d’une situation privilĂ©giĂ©e, c.-Ă -d. dans un calme absolu, Ă  quelques pas seulement du GR 34 pour partir vers des belles balades (Pointe de Toulinguet, Plage de Pen Hat, Pen Hir etc. ). Camaret avec la plage, le port, les restaurants et magasins est aussi facilement atteignable Ă  pied (entre 10-15 minutes Ă  pied - pour le retour, il faut prĂ©voir une petite montĂ©e). Un grand merci Ă  Marie pour son accueil chaleureux et une communication fort sympathique.

Marie est hĂŽte trĂšs chaleureuse : dĂšs l'accueil, nous nous sentĂźmes tout de suite chez nous. Le logement est parfait : tout est neuf et d'une propretĂ© irrĂ©prochable. La literie est un bonheur!
