This home sits directly across from Lacamas Lake. While the lake isn’t visible from inside, it’s right outside the front door.

South / Southwest: Lacamas Lake Lodge with docks and viewpoints

There are multiple fire pits on the property that are available for use, must pick up your own propane if you want to use.
Gas fireplace is available to use. This has a timer function and will turn off after some time.
There is a black wood stove in the living room, this is not to be used. Thank you for understanding.
Parking on concrete driveway only. During the rainy season, vehicles may get stuck in the grass/mud.
Main floor:
Your ‘front’ door leads right into the dining room that seats up to 6 comfortably. Through the dining room is the kitchen that includes everything you need to cook your entire family a home-cooked meal. Off both sides of the kitchen, you’ll find two separate living rooms, one with a tv and one for socializing. Board games are found in the cabinet directly across from the stairs leading downstairs. Remaining on the upper floor is one cozy bedroom and an adjacent full bathroom.
Basement:
The stairs lead to a cozy basement living space, the grey couch pulls out into a full bed and further in leads to another sunken living space with a cute, teal blue chair that grows into a single bed as well. Extra sheets for this pull-out couch should be requested prior to check in. Past that is the other bathroom.
You will also find two additional bedrooms and the laundry room for guest use on the basement level.
No public transit.

The house is walkable to local shops and the walking trails and sights, etc if guests are planning a quiet stay-cation in.
Would recommend having your own vehicle for added convenience to grocery stores, etc.
Absolutely NO smoking on property, charges will be applied if necessary.
There is a dehumidifier in the basement to help mitigate moisture build up in the basement due to the type of construction home this is. It may need to be emptied from time to time.
Regrettably, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.

Please pick up after your dog(s), extra damage / clean up charges will be applied if necessary. Also, the entire land is
fenced in but if your dog likes to explore, he/she will find a way out, please keep an eye on your pup(s)!
Because this home is dog-friendly, we do hope you keep in mind the house may tend to smell like it has had furry friends inside, if you are one that is particular to scents and smells, please take this into consideration before booking.
The stairs inside the home are quite steep, please keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues (there is one bedroom on the main floor with the living room/kitchen so it is still accessible should you choose to stay here!)
There is an exterior camera on-site located at ground level to the left of the basement door, monitoring the path leading up to the house.
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
