Very bright main room, double bed (140cm), 2 armchairs, TV, small separate kitchen, bathroom with toilet, small balcony with garden table and chairs, storage room, parking. Small pets allowed. No internet access. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE - please request when booking!
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants leave the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 am on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels: €8.
