Cozy studio in Cambo-les-Bains with parking

Studio apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. The main room has a double bed (140cm), TV, an armchair, a separate, fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, stovetop, etc.), a shower room with toilet, and parking. Pets are not allowed. There is no internet access. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee – please request them when booking! The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed. If guests are leaving on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on their departure day, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
