On the 1st floor of the "Le Patio" residence, near the thermal baths and in the city center, this studio apartment comprises a kitchenette, dining area (table and 2 chairs), and sleeping area with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with toilet, a terrace, and a parking space.

Internet access is available. SMOKING IS PERMITTED ON THE TERRACE (please close the patio doors).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure. Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (Studio): €33.

- Bed linen (double bed) - Request 10 days: €20.

- Towels/person/week - Request 10 days: €8.
