"The room was clean, the bed comfortable and having a fridge was handy. It was nice grabbing a coffee and snack in the lobby and chatting with the lovely Katrina (I think her hame was) working there. I also liked all the outdoor furniture so I could enjoy a meal and visit with my family."

"The location was great, we had the king suite room with a partial ocean view. It was nice for walk g along the beach on the boardwalk. The breakfast amenities were not good, coffee was weak and pastries were sliced in 1/8th inch bites. Yogurt was room temperature. No fresh fruit."

"Cute place to stay right across from Moonstone Beach and boardwalk. Very clean. We enjoyed walking evening and early morning. Breakfast was nice but does not start until 7:30. Closest coffee place open early was on Main Street."

"We’ve stayed here several times in the past. Good location. No daily maid service and you have to give 24 hours notice if you want it but you can ask at front desk for coffee or towels if needed. The drain in the sink has a rotten egg (slider) odor and I’ve noticed it in past visits. However, it is a good location and anemities are good for the price. Moonstone beach boardwalk and access right across the street."

"Overall, a great hotel and a very pleasant stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of certain spots around the property, such as the area right outside the check-in desk and the trash can near the elevator in the basement parking lot. Other than that, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"I felt like our room needed some extra cleaning (vacuuming better, cobwebs and our bathroom screen was disgustingly filthy). Was disappointed that our shear curtains were missing on the front window, and as our room was warm you couldn't get outside air from the window without everyone looking straight into your room. Brie was very helpful by getting us a fan. The property was very clean and we always had an open parking space. The bed was very comfortable! We have been coming here every August for the past 13 years and as we're getting older I'm realizing the toilets are very low to the ground. I do love Ocean Pointe Ranch and highly recommend!"
