New Moonstone Beachfront Escape

Whether you are planning a peaceful couple’s getaway or an active family vacation, this is a wonderful direct oceanfront home on popular Moonstone Beach for you to enjoy. Spectacular180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean & Coastline that surrounds this 3 bedroom; 2 bath home. Renovated, new LVP wood look floors, primary bathroom updated tile, tub, vanities, etc. The living area faces the sea, capturing white water, full ocean, boardwalk, and sunset views. The front deck overlooks the Boardwalk, the ocean and has a BBQ on the deck too. A family room on the first floor provides space for families to spread out and relax. Gaze at people surfing, enjoying the boardwalk, and even passing whales when the season is right. This home is within walking distance to dinner at Sea Chest or Moonstone Beach Bar & Grill, or just a short 2 blocks to the West Village. Close by is Leffingwell Landing, Tidepools, Elephant Seals, Lighthouse, Hearst Castle, and the beach. You may even spot some migrating whales! Shamel Park (with a swimming pool and children’s play area) is close by as well. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, and small appliances for those who like to cook. Bring your laptop and use the free Wi Fi. A washer and dryer are also available for your use. Great location & views!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay & the location was perfect! Long walks on the boardwalk with full panoramic ocean views, quick walk to a few restaurants. Don’t forget to bring your own beach chairs.

Amazing views in a spacious, clean home

This is our second stay at the house, and we love the proximity to the moonstone beach boardwalk and amazing views of the ocean. Plenty of space and a kitchen large enough to make full meals in. Gorgeous property!

Never ending enjoyment

This is our go to place to stay in Cambria. We have stayed here several times and there has never been a disappointment. The beach right across the street to the quaint little town that seems to always give us something new every time we come. Always clean and comfortable.

We love Moonstone Beach

Perfect location and views to enjoy my family's most favorite beach to visit...Moonstone Beach. The family room, kitchen and front balcony all face the ocean so there are wonderful views to enjoy during your stay. If you cross the street, the boardwalk is a wonderful stroll and there are benches along the way and right in front of the house to relax just above the ocean.

Beautiful Moonstone Beach!

Great location! Beautiful coastline and beaches. Property was great, but be aware there are several stairs. Downstairs area would be perfect for kids, with upstairs for adults. We had 2 couples and only used the bathroom on the bottom floor. Really enjoyed our stay!

Well-equipped home in fantastic location

Very well appointed home with comfortable beds, linens and a very completely stocked kitchen. On the Moonstone beach boardwalk, the views from the living room, dining room, and deck are exceptional. Owner was helpful and easy to deal with and the house was immaculate. Great location and close to the main center of town.

Great location!

This house is in a perfect location. We took walks everyday on the boardwalk just steps away. It’s slightly dated inside, but everything was clean so it didn’t bother us much. The proximity to the ocean makes up for it. Easy check in and out process.

AMAZING WEEKEND

The house and location are perfect for a weekend or a week getaway. Close to restaurants on Moonstone Beach Dr. and 5 mins from downtown Cambria. The ocean view is spectacular. If you want an oceanview property with a great board walkway just across the street, with beach access, this is the right place for you. We will surely request to come for another stay.

Perfect getaway

Outstanding location. Clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The walkability to town, beach, boardwalk made this a perfect girls getaway. An extra bonus…. Whale spotted while gazing out the living room window!! Hope we can make this a tradition.

Perfect stay right on the beach

We were a group of 6 adults and we stayed here for 3 nights. The house is located right on Moonstone Beach and has beautiful views. It was well stocked in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels. Overall it was a perfect place to stay!

Best location in Cambria

This our second time we stay in this property. We love everything about it: Location, view, amenities, the gentle sound of the waves, the morning view and feel and the sunsets. we love to sit on the balcony with our coffee or meal and just watch. We love to just cross the street to walk on the boardwalk.Very serene and a great place to relax and unwind. See you next year!

Excellent views across the street from the beach!

House was as described with perfect, stunning views of the beach and ocean! There are 14 stairs to get to the main floor with 2 of the 3 bedrooms, kitchen and fabulous views. The home was immaculate. We would stay again for the views alone, but for our group, all of us over 65, the stairs, especially on arrival with luggage, was challenging.

Wonderful location

We really enjoyed this home. The location was beautiful. We had everything that we needed for our stay six adults. The only issue to be aware of is that there is construction occurring next-door. They started between 6:45 and 7:45 each morning. The house is still in the framing stage. So this will be occurring for quite a while.

Reviewer Comments: I have rented from Scenic Coast for years with much overall success.This rental was new on the market and it is not quite ready for Seniors.There is a large house next door under construction. Noise begins at 7:00 am. Advice should be given to rentersThe shower upstairs needs some kind of handrail and a caddy. The bed downstairs has a broken frame under the mattress. Kimberly was wonderful in assisting with the WiFi outage the first day.The location and views are wonderful. We used the kitchen extensively and found it adequate. All of our comments are made in the hope of improving the rental.
