Guest must sign renter agreement, Security Deposit of $250 up to $500 required (depending on property). Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
No 3rd Party bookings, no smoking, no tampering with security cameras. Pools or spas are used at guest's own risk.
No extra guests beyond the reservation total without pre-approval by the host. Quiet Hours 10pm-7am, no outside activity during these hours.
