When we arrived a 3:00 check-in, we were told that the internet was down. I was checking into the hotel because I am traveling and am having a medical emergency. I am in severe pain. We had to wait in the lobby, while I was in pain and sick to my stomach for an hour and a half. We did eventually get into a room. It was just not a good situation.

Never again. When I walked in another guest was doing alot of complaining, and I laughed it off but we should of left. The pool and ALL the ice makers were out of order. The first floor smelled like sewage once you walked to the elevator. Room was NOT clean, and needed to be updated or basically just cleaned. Thank god we had our sleeping bags. Breakfast was a joke, barely any food and the eggs gave ALL FOUR OF US food poisoning right in the middle of vacation. We passed through for the night- but this is a hard no. Do not stay.

Nice place to stay.
Easily accessible, shops and restaurants nearby, clean spacious room, hot tub was an added bonus, adequate breakfast, if kept filled ie...only one sausage patty, no waffle mix, no danish or muffins and coffee was only lukewarm and/or cold.

I was extremely disappointed in the hotel . The pool and hot tub are down for renovation. This was not told to us and was a huge part of why we choose the hotel. The guy at the front desk tried to make it better upgraded our room to one with a jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi tub was discussting the jets blew out gunk which smelled like sewage. The elevator was awful sounded like it was going to break down. The glass mirrors in the room were awful not cleaned. I will never book through a 3 party again! I wanted my money back and was unable to get it due to booking through 3rd party.

Many things needed repair. First room taped together tv. Upgraded us with spa room. Spa did not work.orange juice machine leaking all over floor.breakfast had few items. Honestly would like money back.I’ve machine on first floor. I’ve mVhine on second floor hardly working. Elevator made weird noise prolly needs maintenance.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Several items out of order…laundry, ice machines, pool, lobby restroom. Room heater temp control irratic. Coffee cold, juice diluted, eggs tepid, crowded eating area. We would stay there again.

We were called 35 minutes before our scheduled check-in and told they were double booked with our reservation being cancelled. They arranged another room for us at a rival hotel in town which was wonderful so I'm rating the service spectacular.

We booked this property at least 1-2 weeks ago. We had an outing in a other town close by and Cambridge came up as a place to stay. We drove into the parking lot at about 7 pm to check in and there was approximately 8 vehicles in the front parking lot. The parking lot and the maintenance of the outside kind of told me what the inside might be like, unkept. We walked in and there was a strong stale smell in the lobby, very musty. The ceiling tiles were missing and the floors were dirty, and this was just in the lobby. We turned to the checkin counter and there was no one waiting there to greet us, which is a first for me. Every hotel I’ve stayed at EVER has had someone there. There was a bell there so myself and my husband began ringing it, about 10 mins later a gentleman and lady came down the hall carrying towels. The gentleman came around to the counter, never said hello never said sorry for your wait, just said ‘do you have a reservation?’ And my husband said yes. He then told us that they were overbooked and he tried calling like 20 people because of overbooking so he didn’t have a room for us. The whole situation was horrible to have to find another hotel that late in the evening, but I’m kind of glad it didn’t work out because I believe the hotel rooms would have been as unsatisfactory as the parking lot, lobby, and hotel service. So just wanted others to know about this experience to help any decisions.

I traveled 5 hours from Virginia with wife, aunt and uncle to The Paul Bunyan Show in Cambridge Ohio. When we arrived at the Comfort hotel the desk clerk immediately told us our room reservation for two nights was.canceled ( without even asking our name) . All hotel rooms were booked in other hotels in area, so we decided to drive 5 hours back home. We had called to confirm reservation prior to going. Needless to say,our trip was ruined.

Other than the staff being okay this stay was not up to par. The breakfast is terrible, I ended up paying to go somewhere else to eat breakfast. The pool and hot tub for the guests have been closed down. None of the ice machines worked in the entire building so they had a box of ice at the front desk. They did not have enough employees for the jobs at hand. I was disappointed.

Morning staff very unfriendly! Almost got knocked down by housekeeper running in the door and not looking where she was going. Desk clerk never acknowledged my check out! Check in took 10 minutes as clerk was " in the bathroom" without phone! Was not like this on past stays

I don't like that I was rented a room on the idea they had a hot tub and a pool I also don't like but I did not state two days because the second day the whole hotel smelled like sewage so bad that me and my family had to leave and I was supposed to be discounted and refunded today and still have not got it
