"As fotos não mostram a realidade que se encontra a pousada. Existe a necessidade de uma reforma urgente, os quartos cheiram mofo, banheiros tem infiltrações, as portas das sacadas estão com a madeira podre. As toalhas são de péssima qualidade e a maioria está manchada. Nosso quarto estava com o banheiro com manchas de sangue. O café da manha é decente, porém as louças estavam todas emboloradas. Única coisa que realmente salva é a localização."

"A pousada é uma graça, com área de lazer charmosa e nosso quarto era recém reformado. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo e o buffet de café da manhã era variado e muito gostoso. Porém o atendimento no café deixou a desejar - diversas vezes fomos “esquecidos” pelo pessoal que anota os pedidos das mesas, e demoramos mais de 15 minutos para conseguir chamar a atenção da equipe. "The hotel has a really strange structure where you hear everyone talking and there's no noise canceling. I was not able to rest due to the noise coming from the restaurant and lobby area at night and early morning. There is no parking for all rooms so you need to park on the street, which is very narrow and in a distant area from the main beach/town. "

"Achamos que ainda não tem estrutura para hospedar muitas pessoas. Café da manhã prejudicado, funcionária faltou no sábado e mesmo com ela estavam perdidas.Chegamos as 23:20h, avisamos antes e mesmo assim demorou para atender o portão. Rua estreita, tem que estacionar em cima da calçada, correndo risco de multas. Não tem frigobar no quarto. Tentam agradar mas ...."

"Eu quase não quero deixar um comentário bom para este hotel porque eu adoro ele muito e não quero que meu lugar não fique disponível. Meu marido e eu voltamos a este hotel desde que o descobrimos durante a covid em 2019. O lugar é o nosso `happy place`. O ambiente é muito tranquilo. O restaurante tem comida ótima e o chef é muito simpática. Agora oferece aulas de ioga todas as manhãs e serviço de massagens. Não há razão para sair! No entanto, a área tem ótimas trilhas para caminhadas e Camburi conta com excelentes restaurantes. "
