"We had a beachfront room with ocean view which was lovely. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely views. Food was fabulous, plenty of choice and great quality. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from at the pool and on the beach, never any shortage. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was generally very efficient. There were a few minor niggles. The online check in process didn't work smoothly. It was not clear whether the passport upload had worked or not. Nevertheless we were still able to check in early and our room was ready well ahead of the official check in time. We were astonished to find that our all inclusive package did not include any sparking wines at all, even though it did include about 30-40 different wines. However a chat with the Bar manager soon resolved this positively which we appreciated very much. However, getting a glass of the sparkling wine was a bit of a faf, always having to ask the sommelier who then had to fetch it from the locked wine room!! Another slight niggle was always having to ask the staff in the beach bar for the umbrellas by the pool to be opened (they were large and required a special handle which was kept by the staff) and often there was some delay because they were serving - it would have been better for them to be put up automatically first thing in the morning rather than waiting for someone to ask every time. Despite these minor niggles we had a wonderful time at C.Mauritius and would highly recommend it. "

"Warning is a big red flag They are advertising this property with a kitchen fully equipment When I got there all was a lie no washing machine not even pan to cook no chopping board no knife no Internet I have to wait for 48 hours before the Internet property smell like a sewage drain problem toilet paper they give you like in half use is lot more is endless complain I end up doing a shopping unnecessary shopping just to survive my 11 days You have no privacy they watching you all the time, even if being a guest for drink or dinner they wanna charge you And they have this policy if you are tourist, you have to pay Tax 3€ euro per day per person is something they made up and they blame the government for that and that they didn’t put in the advertising is lot of hidden cost be careful They have the right idea, but the wrong way running the business you gonna be end up having stress? You don’t need so do yourself a favour do not go stay there. And is not cheap if I was cheap you can consider living there I have every request with Expedia for your reputation. You should ban this people on your site. A lesson need to be learn. Very quick to take your money but you will never get a refund. I tried all I couldn’t do nothing so I had to stay. 11 day of hell And ya Mauritius is such a beautiful place, but people like that give a bad reputation and a bad experience holiday thank God is over. The hosts kindly recommended a local restaurant that delivered, and we were delighted when it arrived promptly with delicious food. We enjoyed the property, our comfortable room, the dining area, small but nice pool area with colourful plants and birds and the convenient parking. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was tasty albeit not a lot of choice. That said, excellent value for money. We enjoyed our stay."
