A professional cleaning company is in order! Fresh paint and not the wall plates (inexpensive item to replace), more towels plus hand towel's would be nice, maintenance in bathroom tub and some updated furniture! The vinyl plank floor is always nice in hotels but ours was not clean! Our window was not locked upon entry Staff was very kind!

It was easy to find. I felt safe staying there, as a single female traveler. I checked in late, 1130pm and used the window. Check in was quick and easy. I had trouble finding the ice machine. I was told around on the other side of the building. The gentleman that checked me in ended up coming outside and pointing where the ice machine was. It was around the building... across the parking lot...in the fenced area, that used to be a pool and now filled in and has a fire pit, AND in a shed w/a washer and dryer for guests to use. He should have just said it was across the parking lot, in the shed inside the fence. It did work well and was easy to find after that. Room was clean, except for the floor. Feet were getting dirty, so I went to Dollar Tree and bought me some footies to wear in the room. They got real dirty! Floor needs a good mopping! Everything else was clean looking. Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker, Frig and microwave all worked good. Many places to eat around there. Walmart just down the road. Price was good and I'd stay there again.

Service was great. We were only here for an overnight and it is pretty much the only place in the area but It was clean and in a great location. There is a nice, family restaurant (fish and chicken) on one side of the restaurant if you don't want to drive back out.

we checked in fairly late at night, and the woman at the front counter was quick, courteous, and lovely! was incredibly excited to see that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. finally a proper cheap hotel room. 1000 stars.

The staff were great. They were very kind and very friendly. It's the condition of the room itself that's the problem. There are stains on the furniture. The door to the room doesn't actually close properly. And you can clearly see daylight through the gap between the door frame and the door itself. The bathroom door was covered in some sort of grime. For the price this place charges, it really is not worth staying. I took pictures of the room, so I could document its condition.

Pros: New TV with lots of channels available. Easily accessible location. Lots of restaurants, gas stations and stores in close proximity. Cons: We had issues when we 1st arrived with the room key card not working. Went back to the office to find we were booked in a different room so new key cards had to be made. The next day my husband went in to see if he could put an ice pack in the freezer in the lobby. They wanted to move us to a different room so we would have a small freezer in the room. In the process of looking up our room information they canceled our key cards so we had to go back to the office to get them reprogrammed. The room had a bad oder when we arrived. I was able to use my diffuser and essential oils to get rid of the oder. The ice bucket was dirty. Toilet seat was loose. The lamp on the nightstand had a loose connection and kept flickering. The plug on the AC unit was loose in the wall outlet and any time it got bumped the unit would turn off. The pool has been filled in with sand and gravel. The pictures in the advertisement are not accurate as they show a pool and a small refrigerator with a freezer in the room.

Mostly good

The room was comfortable, the furnishings were very good, and there were enough of the usual supplies (e.g. towels, cups, tissues). The climate control worked. The only issue, which was unfortunate, is that I did see a couple of small (<1") cockroaches. I reported it when I checked out, and clearly the man at the front desk took it seriously, so I would consider staying here again.
