Welcome to Birdie Retreat, the perfect getaway for families, pet lovers, and golf enthusiasts! This beautifully remodeled home & guest suite is ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy easy access to nearby Lake Valley (4 miles) and Old Kinderhook (6 miles) golf courses, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, restaurants & swim up bars, and downtown Camdenton (2 miles). Fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, covered deck with lake views, BBQ grill, and fire pit ensure a memorable stay for family or friend trips!
Important House Rules:
1. No smoking or vaping allowed in the home or on the deck.
2. Quiet hours are from 11PM-8AM
3. No parties. The maximum occupancy is 8 people at ALL TIMES.
4. No fireworks.
5. Put out fire in the fire pit before retiring for the evening.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM *early check-ins MUST be arranged with the host and are not guaranteed
Check-out time is 10:00 AM
PETS: The pet fee is a flat $50 per stay and includes 1-2 pets. Please notify your host of pet guests at time of reservation.
