"The property was absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean with all you could want. The only down side was there were only 2 sun beds by the pool and the villa was for 6 people. So would benefit from more to be honest. The host Michael was incredibly helpful. Responded very quickly to any query/problem. For example we were there when the storm hit the island on Saturday 29th August 2026. The pool was left with debris in it and the water had gone green! I contacted Michael on Saturday evening and the pool maintenance man was there by 8am on Sunday morning! Nothing was too much trouble. The area of Kiti was lovely with plenty of places to eat. Would definitely return for another visit."

"We had a lovely stay in this Villa, it was lovely and spacious with a great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. We had a small issue with the air-conditioning leaking but they sent someone out the following day to fix it. Pool was cleaned twice a week by a lovely pool guy however the pool net at the villa had no net so we were unable to clear the pool of wasps, moths and debris which was not great. Other thing we found slightly disappointing was that you do have to pay on top for the air-conditioning. I know it mentions this in the details however by the time you go you forget and having to pay 200 extra just before you fly is not ideal. I would have prefered this to be in the total price when you book."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Amelia. The villa was a great size and had excellent facilities. The pool was perfect, regularly serviced and so relaxing. The grounds were gorgeous and the surroundings were quiet and tranquil. The gardens were regularly maintained too. Ezoria were great hosts, any small issues were promptly and professionally dealt with. We’d definitely return."
