"We stayed one night, and the staff was AWESOME! But our bed was broken, sink sprayed water off the side and shower made loud noises. We were excited for the indoor pool, as it was in the 30’s outside, but it wasn’t heated. Hotel was decorated with tons of wildlife, which was very cool to see! And the staff gave great recommendations for where to shop and eat nearby."

"This place was a 10 out of 10, couldn’t ask for a cozier more comfortable laid-back and relaxed place to stay during my time in West Yellowstone. The staff was super friendly, always available, and very knowledgeable about the area and able to give recommendations on everything as far as the activities and food. "Overall, a nice well-maintained building. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was not great but bacon was cooked nice and crispy and baked goods were fresh. The coffee was weak. Better at lobby but no decaf at lobby. Did not try the dinner restaurant. Definitely would stay again. This was my third time there. Breakfast is getting better over time. The rest has been consistently good each time."
