We had an amazing stay. It is a cozy hotel that is idea for someone looking to get away and relax with incredible views. However, keep in mind that it is not handicap accessible as it does require a steep hike to reach the hotel (it is situated on top of a hill). The staff is very hospitable and friendly. They helped us book a taxi to and from the airport, as well as helped arrange tours/activities we were interested in. We would like to give an honorable mention to Ahmed and Mr. Berkay for ensuring that all of our needs were met.

The staff and location are great. The property needs better care and maintenance. The only problem is access to the property. You have to park down by the restaurant and walk a steep hill up to the restaurant. But once you’re up in the hotel, the views are amazing. We would go back there again.

First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor you have to continue with your hiking journey walking up the stairs until the fourth floor. Regardless of all the hardship, the view of the room was amazing, it had a view of the waterfall. The room itself was good for a night stay, nothing special. The staff were amazing, starting from the parking lot where we had to begin our hiking journey up until the reception, they were kind and helpful. The staff took our luggage in the parking lot and transported them by a cable-car to the reception. Overall, if you're young and have no health problems the hotel is among the best in the area, it has one of the best views to the waterfall.

Nice venue

Nice facility, comfortable and relaxing. The only stuff which not liked was to walk up the hill to reach the entrance, thus it is not recommended for old people at all. The breakfast was good, it was not buffet, but was set menu.

Das Hotel ist an einem guten Standort, wo man eine gute Aussicht genießen kann. Wir waren in der Panoramic Suite mit Terasse und Jakuzzi und sind begeistert von dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist auch sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, dass das Personal bei Anfragen und Zimmerbestellungen immer wieder etwas vergessen hatte, die man dann ein zweites mal anfragen musste. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Kısa Karadeniz turumuzda ailemle birlikte bir gece konakladık. Rezervasyonumuz başka bir oda için olmasına karşın, otel yetkililerinin şelaleye bakan büyük bir odayı bize tahsis etmiş olması unutulmaz bir jestti. Bu nedenle otel yetkililerine teşekkür ediyorum. Sakın ve huzurlu bir gün geçirdik. Konum olarak yaylaya her yönden hakim bir tepede olması bol bol fotoğraf çekmemize kolaylık sağladı. Terasın manzarası mükemmel. Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve ilgililer. Bavullar teleferikle çıkartılıyor. Merkezden otele kadar hafif eğimli bir yoldan yorulmadan yürüyebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltı zengin, çay ve içecek servisi mükemmel. Her şey için teşekkürler.
