"Our floor was very noisy…dog barking, couple arguing next door, no help from the front desk"

"There is no designated smoking area. My partner and I stayed there 2 nights. We smoked just outside of the emergency exit area. We propped the door so that we could get back in w/o having to walk all the way around. I’m disabled.1st night no problem. 2 night. The man rudely told us that we had to close it and walk around. If you are not going to have a designated smoking area, you should at least have seats for disabled people to sit down. You should also be courteous in your delivery statement. The first day the staff was very friendly and polite. It was only this person that we did not appreciate. I wish I would have caught his name. Even the morning staff on the 2nd day was nicer than he was. "

"Staff was fantastic and room was big and clean! Appreciated the Expedia VIP perks—not huge but appreciated that a budget hotel like this would still do a little extra. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to check out the amenities but breakfast had some good options and the eating area was clean too. Only thing was that hot water for the tea was lukewarm but we would definitely come back!"

"I did not drive i came on the train. The Staff was absolutely wonderful. l met the new management and they were great. The former employee that been there in the past was WONDERFUL it made me feel good to be recognized as a previous guest. i will definitely go back.."

"Staff was friendly, beds and bedding were very nice. Bathroom was extremely clean. Quiet accommodations. Morning breakfast was very good. Nice fresh fruit, scrambled eggs were hot and not runny and making your own waffle was a nice option. Overall, our stay was lovely. "
