With capacity for up to four guests and surrounded by a small, romantic forest, this charming single-storey house on the outskirts of Campanet is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, privacy, and disconnection.
The exterior of the property is simply enchanting. The swimming pool —partly carved into the natural rock— is one of its most captivating features: a serene corner that invites you to relax and unwind. Measuring 6 x 5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.80 metres, it offers a refreshing dip in the heart of nature. A spacious, furnished terrace provides the ideal setting for outdoor meals or quiet reading moments beneath the shade of the trees. An electric barbecue is available (as the use of fire is prohibited during the summer months). Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by Miquelet, a friendly donkey who lives on the neighbouring grounds. Thanks to its secluded location and surrounding woodland, the property guarantees complete privacy — the perfect spot for an authentic and tranquil rural escape.

Inside, the house retains the cosy character of traditional Mallorcan country homes, with stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and warm, functional décor. The inviting living room features satellite TV and central heating, making it a comfortable choice even during the cooler months. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, blends seamlessly with the dining area and includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. There are two bedrooms — one with a double bed and the other with two single beds — both with ceiling fans and heating. The bathroom includes a shower, and all spaces are designed to offer comfort in a simple, natural setting. For added convenience, the house provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair for families travelling with a baby.

The nearest sandy beach, Port de Pollença, lies around 19 km away and is known for its fine sand and shallow, turquoise waters. The surrounding mountains create a stunning backdrop to the coast. In just a 20-minute drive, you can reach the charming town of Pollença — once a haven for painters and artists, an influence that remains evident in its atmosphere today. Don’t miss a visit to the historic Roman Bridge and the small church perched atop the Calvari hill.

This cute cottage in the woods offers plenty of quiet and calm.

This cute cottage in the woods offers plenty of quiet and calm. It’s located in a beautiful serene valley at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. This is also due to the fact that there’s no WiFi and practically no mobile reception on the entire property. Being surrounded by nature you will be woken by the song of birds, bleating sheep and cats. In the colder months we would definitely recommend paying extra for heating, as it does get very cold at night in the old and dark stone house.

Très bel environnement. Au calme. Terrasse ombragée très agréable. Piscine magnifique dans les rochers. Schöne Finka, leider etwas abgewirtschaftet.

Das Objekt entsprach unseren Vorstellungen und es handelt sich um eine schnuckelige Finka. Leider entsprechen die Bilder im Netz nicht mehr so ganz dem Begebenheiten vor Ort. Leider fehlte das Sonnensegel von der Terrasse und war durch ein schäbige Terrassenüberdachung ersetzt worden. Das Objekt roch beim Betreten sehr muffig, was auch durch intensives Lüften nicht behoben werden konnte, alle Türen waren verzogen und ließen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen, das galt auch für die Schranktüren. Die Küche war leider schlecht organisiert, Spülmaschine und Kochtöpfe befanden sich in einem anderen Raum. Das Besteck und Geschirr war im Wohnzimmer untergebracht. Die Terrasse um den Pool war mit einer morschen Holzbrüstung gesichert. Diese brach nach leichter !! Berührung zusammen und hätte fast zu einem schweren Unfall geführt. Immerhin betrug die Absturzhöhe ca. 1,20m. Schade für das schöne Objekt.

Noch traumhafter als auf den Bildern!

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, herrlich rustikales Steinhäuschen mit allem was man braucht. Mitten in Nirgendwo. Herrlich zum Abschalten vom Alltag da auch kaum Handyempfang im Bergtal. Die Landschaft und der in die Felsen eingebettete Pool sind genial! Auch den Kindern (9+18) gefiel es sehr. Die Fotos auf der Seite sollten mal auf den neusten Stand gebracht werden um dem Eindruck gerecht zu werden. außer einem weiteren Schneidebrett hat uns nichts gefehlt!

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wie beschrieben, sehr versteckt. Wir lieben das Alleinsein, aber das war uns Zuviel des Guten. Das Ferienhaus war sauber, die Ausstattung lies zu wünschen übrig. Wie einer der vorherigen Gäste bereits vor Monaten beanstandete, ist der Wasserkocher, sowie der Toaster kaputt. Bei der Spüle läuft in einem Becken das Wasser sehr langsam weg, kommt allerdings verschmutzt im zweiten Becken wieder raus. Leider konnten wir dies mit den Vermietern nicht besprechen, weil wir niemanden zu Gesicht bekamen. Das war in unseren Augen das größte Manko. Kein Willkommen, keine Einweisung...... Wir waren bereits zum 4 mal in Fincas untergebracht, aber jedes mal lernten wir die Vermieter kennen. Diese freuten sich, weil wir begeistert waren von ihrem Haus, und wir freuten uns über ein paar Informationen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, doch leider stark verschmutzt, da der Wind von rundum Blätter und sonstiges rein weht. Wir säuberten ihn täglich ungefähr 10 mal mit einem vorhandenen Netz.

Abgelegenes schönes und nettes Häuschen, das für eine Familie bis 4 Personen super passt.

Super einsame Unterkunft, fast schon etwas versteckt. Schönes Gelände, der Pool sehr natürlich und sauber. Sehr diskrete Gastgeber und auch der "Poolman" kam immer zu Zeiten wo er niemanden störte.

Très tranquille mais pas isolé, belle maison et belle piscine à l'abri de tous les regards, seuls avec les chants des oiseaux... A recommander vivement sauf pour famille avec petits enfants car piscine profonde et pas protégée.

Ambiente rustico, sembra di essere in una Baita, la piscina nelle rocce è unica anche se non proprio adatta a bambini piccoli, per noi che eravamo due coppie adulte è stato tutto perfetto, la consiglierei......si per una vacanza caratteristica e ruspante, no per chi cerca i confort da 5 stelle o per chi non ama l'isolamento. Letti molto comodi. Sono dettagli, ma serve un nuovo retino per pulire la piscina anche se il Manutentore Miguel è venuto a verificare e pulire la piscina ben due volte in una settimana (ottimo e efficiente), casa molto isolata nel mezzo della macchia mediterranea, tantissimi gatti selvatici che sono simpatici ma molto affamati.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Abends hört man die Glocken der Schafe, die direkt nebenan grasen. Ab und zu schauen streunende Katzen vorbei. Ein Mietauto ist notwendig, Homerti bietet aber einen tollen Service hierzu an. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Little oasis of calm

Beautiful little villa, a lovely cocooning spot for some quality family time. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, and the pool fabulous, built into the rocky landscape and just big enough to swim.
