Located in northern Mallorca on the outskirts of Campanet, Finca Alqueria charms guests with its rural setting and beautiful mountain views. This 75 m² holiday home features a cozy living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The spacious garden and both covered and open furnished terraces invite you to relax. Enjoy the pool and outdoor shower, and prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The nearest supermarket is just 260 m away (3 minutes on foot), and in Campanet (1 km) you’ll find restaurants, a pharmacy, and shops for daily needs. Fantastic beaches like Playa de Muro are about 20 km away.

Schöne, ruhige, kleine Finca am Fuß der Berge

Super freundliche Gastgeber, bei Ankunft stand Obst, Wein, Milch und Wasser bereit. Eier gibt's von den eigenen Hühnern. Liebevoll eingerichteter Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Küche vollständig eingerichtet. Schlafraum für Paare oder mit kleinen Kindern. Kleines, modernes Bad. Komme gerne wieder !

Como en casa

Pros: Fue justo lo que buscábamos: un ambiente rural con todas las comodidades (televisión, wifi de calidad, aire acondicionado...), una piscina suficientemente grande y mucha tranquilidad. Todo un acierto y los anfitriones encantadores y dispuestos en todo momento para hacer nuestra estancia perfecta. Son muy detallistas y ya a nuestra llegada disponíamos de algunos imprescindibles como leche, agua, aceite, café, azúcar y especias para cocinar, además de huevos frescos recién cogidos de sus propias gallinas a quienes los niños disfrutaron de dar de comer y visitar cada día. Todo un acierto de estancia, muy recomendable.

Pros: Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieter. Unkomplizierter Check-In. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Tolle Finca mit herzlichen Vermietern

Pros: Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb in ruhiger Lage von Campanet, umringt von Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen zwischen denen die eigenen Hofhühner herumlaufen. Es ist ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen, fernab vom Massentourismus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Von elektrischer Orangenpresse bis Waschmaschine, es ist alles da. Es ist sehr gemütlich und vor allem sehr sauber und Dank der Alarmanlage hatten wir auch keine Bedenken in puncto Sicherheit. Die Handtücher werden regelmäßig getauscht, der Pool gereinigt und der Aussenbereich gekehrt. Die Vermieter stehen bei jeglichen Fragen zur Verfügung und sind sehr hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Womit wir nicht gerechnet hatten, war der mit Eiern, Sekt, Wasser und Milch befüllte Kühlschrank am Anreisetag. Und über den leckeren Kuchen und das tolle Obst, haben wir uns noch mehr gefreut. Der Aufenthalt war für uns als Familie perfekt und wir würden jederzeit dort wieder urlauben 😀

Einfach nur perfekt! Toll und einzigartig!

Pros: Miquel und seine Frau haben sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Badezimmer ist nagelneu. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist perfekt und es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Von Regenschirmen über Pflaster, frische Orangen, Zitrone, Eiern alles tippi toppi. Alles auch super sauber. Man kann es nur empfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen, dass ist klar. Cons: nichts

Unter diesen beschriebenen Umständen würde wir die Finca nicht mehr buchen.

Pros: Sehr nette un zuvorkommend Vermieter Cons: Alle Fenster waren nicht mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, das sollte umgehend geschehen. Man wurde regelrecht von Mücken aufgefressen, Insektenspray half nur bedingt. Ein anschließende Lüften war nicht möglich, da die Mücken schneller sich wieder in den Räumlichkeiten erholen Wie man Sprühen konnte. Das war sehr, sehr unangenehm. Die beigefügte Beschreibung hin zur Finca konnte man vergessen, nach 2Std intensivem Suchen, baten wir den Vermieter um Abholung

Ruhe und rundum Sorglos Urlaub machen, dann sind sie hier richtig.

Pros: Es ist eine sehr schöne und großzügige Finca liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was im normalen Alltag notwendig ist. Orangen werden vom Vermieter gern zur Verfügung gestellt und so ist jeder Tag mit frisch gepressten vollkommen. Der Pool ist schön groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
