The 110 m² holiday home Cas Suis 7 is located in Campanet, in northern Mallorca. The medieval village center features picturesque streets and a charming square. Here, you can still experience the authentic atmosphere of the Balearic Islands, with fantastic views of the Tramuntana mountains.



This stylish open-plan loft offers a living area, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating 4 guests. As an open-plan loft, the sleeping areas have no doors between them, creating a spacious, light-filled environment, though with less acoustic privacy between levels. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and smart TV. High chair and cot available on request.



Enjoy breakfast on the private balcony with a spacious dining area and mountain views. The highlight is the large outdoor area shared with the neighboring apartment Cas Suis 9: garden, covered and open terraces, large pool, barbecue, and outdoor bathroom. Numerous sun loungers and umbrellas invite you to relax by the pool.



Restaurants, bars, and cafés are 2–12 minutes on foot. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Platja de Muro beach is 18 km by car, Palma airport 30 minutes. On-site parking included. Bed linen and towels provided.

Pros: Sauberkeit, Lage, Ansprechpartner, Sterne vom Bett aus sehen, Farbkonzept außen, angenehme Klimaanlage, traumhafter Ausblick, toller Trockner und Waschmaschine, sauberes Geschirr, Weinflasche zur Begrüßung, sehr bequeme Betten, Kaffee, Gewürze, Öle vorhanden Cons: Es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeit im privaten Hof oder auf dem Balkon und das Sofa war viel zu klein. Leider nicht sehr gemütlich, die Toilette war wackelig, krähender Hahn ab 3:45, rutschiger Boden, Nachbarn haben durch ein bodentiefes Fenster direkten Blick auf den privaten Hof und stehen quasi neben einem, auch im Haus keine Privatsphäre, da keine Türen zu den Zimmern und sehr hellhörig
