The room itself was nice and well put together, but there was hair in the beds and stains on the pillow that I could not ignore. The shower knob clearly needed to be changed and the room felt below freezing. I like a cold room but there was no way to change the temperature. And when I told the staff, they seemed to not care and were fake polite just to get me to leave them alone.

"very badly kept property, not value for money at all for an ITC property and so exhorbitant, the curtains were falling, room aesthetics were very poor, hair all over the bathroom and room, cats and street dogs inside the property outside our room, very bad experience"

"we had two rooms. with family. stayed for 2 days. it was off-peak season so relatively quiet. Had much of the beach to ourselves which was amazing. staff arranged for early check-in and late check-out. very enjoyable. The beach was clean but not pristine.
