Welcome to our Villa!~

Enjoy our open, modern living space with high end commercial style appliances and west coast furnishings. Brand new in 2016, this suite is sure to impress with everything you need for a relaxing island beach or ski vacation.

- Master bedroom has luxurious king sized bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress
- Suite has old growth wood accents throughout
- Enjoy BBQing on beautiful deck while looking at the view

- Flat screen Smart TVs in both living room and bedroom
- Fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with high end commercial style appliances, quartz counter-tops and eating bar.
- Pull out Leather Sofa is brand new, exceptionally comfortable and sleeps 2
- Our main home and Villa are on the property. Sandy Beach access is just down the Pathway. (About a 1 minute walk from Villa)

- 6 person Hot Tub

Our guest's have access to a private sandy beach, fire-pit, Hot Tub, grassy backyard area for lawn games and use of kayaks (2).

World Renown resorts walking distance away for meals/nightlife.

Please also note:
Our main home is also located on the property. It is separate from you and does not impact your complete privacy. To access the beach, you come out of the villa, come down the driveway past our main home, follow the hedges until you reach the stairway. Approx. a 1 minute walk from your front door.

Lovely quiet location with everything you need to be comfortable. Situated very close to parks, groceries, restaurants and local attractions. Fishing was amazing with a local guide. So happy we chose this listing in Campbell River.

Relaxing getaway

The property was just perfect! A hidden getaway on a quiet street, ocean views and stepsaway from the ocean. All the amenities you need and perfect for a cozy stay on a rainy day or just a short drive to Campbelm River with nany things to see and do. Our favourite was walking to the Angler Restaurant at the Dolphin Resortfor a wonderfum dinner.

The accommodations were great! Unfortunately, we only had a day to explore the Campbell River area but we thoroughly enjoyed coming back to the Villa after our day out. We would have stayed longer if we could!

Golf and Hike in Campbell River

My wife and I stayed 6 nights at this destination, from Apr25-May1, 2025. The unit was clean and very comfortable for two travelers. The availability of a hot tub was nice. We used it every day after hiking/golfing. The kitchen is well equipped but the table for eating was a little small and the bar stools were rather wobbly. The sun deck is spacious. A short walk from the unit gets you to a very good restaurant, Angler's at the Dolphin Resort. We had breakfast and dinner there. Golfwise we played Storey Creek, Campbell River and Crowne Isle. All were good but we liked Crowne Isle the best. Hiking around the Campbell River and Elk Falls was excellent.

The nicest property owners we've met. The place was beautifully designed and decorated, quiet and peaceful. The beach was a pleasant place to sit for a good water view and whale watching; having kayaks available was a real bonus.

Wonderful spot in Campbell River

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at this VRBO. The kitchen amenities were so fully inclusive that we usually ate supper meals here rather than dine out. The hot tub was a nightly must and driving either into town or out to hiking locations was super easy. This is a great destination spot for people, like us, wanting to get to know the Campbell River area.

A note that if you are expecting good water views from the property, they are limited as sight lines are blocked by the garage in front of the villa, which was a bit of a surpr to the beach, howeber, and lots to see in thr ar

Right place for active relaxation

The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.

The place had excellent reviews, which is partially why we chose it. It did not disappoint! The hot tub was well maintained and a lovely addition. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom were incredibly clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook. We packed a cooler with food so we could make breakfast and lunch there and we lacked nothing! Hosts were non-intrusive, but very supportive! We felt like we had a truly memorable getaway space! 10/10-would stay again!

Special Stay on the Island

Our place was beautifully designed and crafted, clearly a lot of thought went into the details. We enjoyed where it was situated, just north of the town busy-ness, with great views out over the channel. And the beach, what a gem! We had nice weather over Canada Day and we could sit out there to read and relax while our youngest played in the sand. I also appreciated that I could watch the Copa America on a nice monitor via the house service (not always so simple when traveling abroad). Really, all the amenities were first rate.

Stunning Location

A modern appartment with access to the beach. Grear for us to be able to use the kayaks and have a fire on the beach. The weather was very warm so we didn't use the hot tub, but a great option if less sunny. Great location for trails and waterfalls. Short drive to a Walmart to stock up. BBQ on the deck, and fire on the beach to enjoy the views made for a prefect evening. Would stay again. Thank you.

Beautiful Cozy Place

My husband and I had such a great time. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed and the bathroom was beautiful with so many towels and everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome and super relaxing. Bed is incredibly comfortable too, we had a very good rest. So convenient to have laundry right there for after the hot tub. The views were great and the wine bottle provided was very appreciated. Thanks so much for a relaxing getaway!
