"The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The parking lot is well lit and because all rooms are ground floor there is a possibility of parking literally outside your door. The room was clean, no weird smells, fresh bedding and towels. They do offer breakfast, it’s not a sit down deal more like grab and eat in your room or even on the road. I did see a waffle maker but I didn’t get up for breakfast so I’m just going on what I saw when I checked in. When I was reading my check in contract I did note that there isn’t anyone in the office over night, I think it said only from 7 am to 10 pm, they do provide a number to call for staff if needed. I booked my room in June or July for October and got a crazy good deal. There were restaurants and a brewery nearby, I was in town for LVC’s homecoming and had plans so I didn’t visit any of them. I would stay here again."

"Really great and comfortable stay! Close enough to Hershey Park and did not break the bank. We got waters and granola bars at check in. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Very clean. The breakfast options were limited and very crowded but it was a holiday weekend. "

"We only spent one night there but I was very impressed with "Lori" who was very personable and professional. She obviously likes her job and is very good at it. This is the kind of employee that a company rarely finds."

"This was by far one of the better customer service Holiday Inn hotel for me. The breakfast lady was very keen on keeping the food well stocked and made sure the tables were cleaned between use. The cleaning staff were nice when I asked for anything extra. Front desk service were a mix depending on who was there but it was fine. I do like they rent out board games to give my kids sometime extra to do. Breakfast options were fairly good though the pancake machine was broken on the first morning. The hotel was updated but you can tell that they didn't upgrade everything. The doors had cuts where they changed the locks and it creaked. Beds were a little too soft for me. But overall it was clean and family friendly and would stay again."
