"Bay Breeze was everything we hoped for—and more.From the moment we arrived, our host Julius went above and beyond, he was amazing. When the rental car company didn’t have our vehicle, I messaged Julius —and within minutes he replied, “I’ll be right there.” True to his word, he showed up, drove us to an alternate car rental, and made sure we got exactly what we needed.The home itself is beautiful—spacious, spotless, comfortable, well-decorated, well stocked, and located on a calm, stunning beach. Better than I imagined it. The house had everything we needed, and coming back to Bay Breeze after each day’s adventure felt like a true retreat. The sunsets from the property were absolutely breathtaking. A/C in every bedroom was a bonus.Breakfast every morning under the pergola, kayaking Bennett’s Creek, and a bonfire during the sunset were magical.Before we left, Julius checked in again to make sure we had everything we needed. In all our vacation rentals stays, we’ve never experienced such attentive, kind host and owners who were wonderfully responsive—clear, prompt communication from start to finish.We loved our stay at Bay Breeze and you will too! "Amanda’s place was the perfect stay for our multigenerational family. It is so beautiful and peaceful. The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. We spent hours swimming, strolling, and looking for conch and starfish. The night sky is dazzling with no pollution and more stars than you can imagine. The house is spacious, airy and very comfortable. We will be back!"

"We loved Sundance Beach House. The house was equipped with everything necessary to facilitate a pleasant holiday. Sundance is located on a beautiful, white sand beach. You cannot beat the location. Check in and out was easy and Leslie, the property manager, was lovely and kept us aware of the power cuts that the island was experiencing. All in all we had a great vacation and would love to return. "

"We had stayed at Shanna's Cove next door in the past. This house was perfect for a family of 4. We had the best beach and access to Shanna's Cove resort for dinner all week. It truly was the best of both worlds. Patti was great and was quick to respond. Would love to come back next year."

"If you are looking for a beautiful, serene getaway this is it! The property is exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, bright big bathroom, full kitchen for all your cooking / bbq needs, plus Marianna had many extras waiting for us on arrival such as coffee/tea, snacks, bottles of water and cold bubbly! Marianna (host) was great with all communication and answered any questions that we had. She arranged a contact to pick us up for the airport (close by), help us grab some groceries and check in with us throughout our stay. Big shout out to Donna ! A bright welcoming personality that kept us smiling all week long :) And to her puppy Babu! The beach is stunning, lounge chairs, beach towels and floaties all available. Kayaked into the mangroves and had a turtle escort us out :) Sunsets did not disappoint. We did pop next door to the Fernandez Bay Resort for a lunch and a dinner (which was excellent) and to the Tiki Bar for the odd refreshment. Also recommend renting a car for a day or two and explore the island. So many beautiful beaches to explore... just watch for potholes, lol. If you're looking for a very laid back, peaceful beach vacation where you are looking just to relax with no fuss, this is it. If the stars align we will be back. Note: if the bugs/mosquito's like you make sure you bring some bug spray for early morning and evenings."
