"By far the best place we stayed during our week in Tuscany (including places that cost many times more). Perfect location, impeccable service, super friendly staff. "

"We were upgraded to a suite which was great. We were the only guests at the resort and got extra attention. The accommodations and breakfast were next level - we would definitely stay again. Luca was a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable."

"Otroligt fin upplevelse. Service i toppklass, fint rum med härlig utsikt över Toscanas kullar. Mycket vänlig personal och ett unikt boende i en mysig liten pittoresk by. Rekommenderas alla dagar i veckan!"

"Great setting on top of a 22 story building overlooking the water. Well situated in the best area to be in Follonica. Annoying blinking light from motion sensor (I think) in room keeping us up most of the night. Mai’s room blanket after the first night, why?? Not including breakfast as the cards were not honored at restaurant across the street. Frustrating check in process, does not speak English."

"Ther room was big for european standards, clean and very well decorated. The lobby has a great vibe with modern/artistic decor and an amazing view. The breakfast was great, with local products and the staff was amazing, she prepared a lot of the delicious food that was offered (I assume she was the owner/administrator). This is the hotel if you are visiting the Bolgheri area. "

"Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff are always ready to assist with wat ever you need and spa/massage was great. Also free parking was very handy"
"A disappointing experience since we have visited this hotel for many years and with the change of ownership its gone downhill. The room was not cleaned for the last 2 days with no clean towels or replacement shower gel.Standard of the breakfast very poor with stale food and a range limited and no fresh fruit.Service given at breakfast limited never a clean table set."
"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."
"Lovely seat. Beautiful beach and swimming pool. Although pool not heated water was not too cold to easily get in and swim some laps. Only negative was restaurant, which has only passable food and was expensive. Breakfast was good and generous."
"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, the hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff are simply lovely.
The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness, and the breakfast staff were a joy — always smiling, accommodating, and full of positive energy. The location is serene, with stunning tennis courts and what might be the most incredible pool we’ve ever swum in — large, crystal clear, and perfectly warm.
Everything we needed was right on hand: a great bar, a delicious restaurant, and plenty of space to relax. Highlights included the freshly made pasta, pizza, salads, and desserts — all absolutely delicious. And the breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade banana bread!
If we could offer one small piece of advice, it would be to share more photographs on social media to showcase just how special this place is — the marvellous staff, the food, the facilities, and the tranquil setting. That said, part of us wants to keep this gem a secret!
Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return."
