O hotel é básico. Não espere secador se cabelo, cobertores no quarto ou qualquer outro "luxo". É padrão Ibis. Você sabe o que vai encontrar nele em qualquer lugar do mundo. Mas o quarto era relativamente espaço, estava bem limpo, arrumado e confortável. Um excelente custo-benefício para pouco tempo na vidade.

Sobre o hotel em sim, diria dentro do padrão Sobre o Elevador, pior experiência da vida Eu, esposa e filhas ficamos presos dentro do elevador... Sem subir ou descer... Não possuía sistema de troca de ar... Extremamente sufocante... Pior experiência da vida, no final o serviços gerais nós alertou sobre o elevador com defeito porém ainda assim o hotel não nos avisou... Recomendação a todos, vão de escada... Ficamos apavorados com elevador, minha família sequer consegue adentrar em um outro

Nem cobertor tem para todos e região ruim

A experiência no hotel teve inconvenientes. O atendimento e a qualidade da comida no almoço e jantar ficaram aquém das expectativas, o que piora, pois a região à noite é escura e vazia, com falta de opções próximas para comer. Além disso, o processo de check-in foi demorado. Houve problemas na atribuição do quarto, inicialmente com uma cama de solteiro, não correspondendo à reserva de um quarto com cama de casal, que foi corrigido após uma solicitação à gerência, sendo a troca somente na 2a noite. Foi preciso pedir edredons nas duas noites, com informe de que não há edredons para toda a capacidade do hotel.
