Atendimento no geral muito positivo. No momento do check in percebi um certo “despreparo” no atendimento e uma “pressa” em realizar uma cobrança das diárias … Hotel em si precisa de uma modernização e reparos importantes. O atendimento é cordial e a localização é tranquila, mas o hotel mostra sinais claros de desgaste. Os quartos têm poucos recursos, móveis antigos e falta de tomadas. O banheiro parece saído de um túnel do tempo. O café da manhã? Pouco inspirado. E os sucos... adoçados como se fossem sobremesa. Se você for diabético, melhor levar seu próprio suco — ou encarar como um desafio de sobrevivência matinal. Ideal para quem busca algo muito simples — mas não espere conforto moderno.

Propriedade com muito verde, em meio a natureza. Quarto grande, cama confortável, mobília um pouco antiga, quartos sem ar condicionado, no frio é interessante ar quente. Chuveiro bom, teto do banheiro precisando de pintura. Café da manha bom, atendimento recepção mediano. O lugar é agradavel. Embora os quartos estejam datados voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel

Água quente nas torneiras

A pousada é muito boa, bem aconchegante, os funcionários são muito receptivos e a funcionária do mês merece todo o mérito. Pontos negativos: Não tem água quente nas torneiras dos quartos (os dias são frios, estão faz diferença) e o chuveiro é elétrico e não a gás. Televisao tem poucos canais, mas achamos o canal de filmes, então é superavel. Nao utilizamos as piscinas, mas aparentam boas condições e boa conservação. Ficamos em um dos ultimos quartos, então não tivemos problemas com barulhos

O quarto era escuro, e apesar de limpo tinha estruturas enferrujadas no banheiro , piso com manutenção ruim , e perto da da recepção , onde após as 6:00 da manhã é impossivel descansar , pela aglomeração de pessoas falando e barulho da estrada. Sem ar condicionado e sem tomadas proximas a cama(improvisaram uma extensão após eu solicitar. Não recomendo

Pessima! Não recomendo! Hotel tem um bom atendimento, mas precisa urgentemente de reformas e manutenções! Tudo muito velho, tetos descascando, banheiros enferrujados, chuveiro elétrico horrível! Existem 4 quartos próximos ao café da manhã e recepção que precisam ser desativados! As 6h da manhã não é mais possível dormir, com barulho e falatório! Infelizmente nossa estadia foi aquem e não merece a nota 9.0 dos hotéis.com.

O hotel está em condições ruins, precisa urgente de reformas, a piscina coberta e aquecida estava fechada, a academia tem sinais de abandono, a banheira do quarto é antiga, tem que encher e aquecer a água, processo demorado e eficiente, o chuveiro é elétrico e o box pequeno o que molha todo banheiro. Pontos positivos para o atendimento e para o café da manhã. Não volto.

Achei muito bom. O único ponto de melhoria em minha opinião seria o acesso a piscina aquecida. O local parecia estar fechado, mesmo não estando, e o acesso meio abandonado... Não condiz com as outras dependências do hotel, que estavam muito bem apresentáveis.
