The payment process was so nice, with electronic bracelet. The food was delicious, since breakfast, lunch and dinner. Improvement can be the swimming pool temperature, can be little warmer.

Some common areas in need of upgrade such as children’s pool, indoor kid’s play area and definitely the guest rooms (older carpeting) although very clean and spacious. Overall good stay with lots of activities, well organized, good food in quality and variety at the food court and nice property natural setting and layout. Good family fun and relatively better priced and less crowded than competitors in the area. Recommended for weekend or long weekend family getaways and I am sure it is popular for corporate events.

A estrutura do hotel é bem completa. Para quem vai com família tem apoio com recreação com diversas atividades para crianças, adultos e família. Todas as refeições são muito completas e existe a possibilidade de restaurantes (culinária japonesa e italiana) a parte. Os quartos são bem confortáveis, as piscinas atendem bem entretanto em alta temporada acho que fica um pouco lotado. O SPA é uma espaço que vale conhecer.

O atendimento do hotel é muito bom. Todos muito solícitos e educados. Desde equipe de recepção, recreacionistas, garçons, atendentes, manobristas, etc… A nova parte do hotel (Fun Beach) ficou muito legal e bonita. A comida continua muito gostosa! Única questão que vale como ponto de melhoria ao meu ver são os veículos que utilizam para o trenzinho, que faz o deslocamento dos hóspedes. Um é um trator e outro um Toyota Bandeirante, onde os dois parecem ser a diesel e soltam muita fumaça bem na cara dos hóspedes, conforme vão andando… Um local tão bonito, arborizado e onde esperamos respirar um ar “puro”, acaba jogando contra, com essa emissão de fumaça nos ocupantes do trenzinho e nos hóspedes com quem cruza no caminho.
