Únicos funcionários agradáveis foram da limpeza e garçom do refeitório. Atendimento da recepção pessimista e sem disposição para solução de problemas. Razoável para uma noite somente

O hotel ao chegar já estava sujo, ao ligar para a recepção a noite o recepcionista nem deixou eu terminar de agradecer e já desligou na minha cara, ar condicionado só tem frio, estava bem frio mas não tinha ar quente, a TV é um monitor de computador, o chuveiro a água só sai alguns filetes que dificulta um pouco o banho. Acho que falta um pouco mais de simpatia dos funcionários e melhorias nos quartos. A coberta que estava lá estava suja, pedimos outra e nos levaram, essa sim estava fechada e limpa. Um hotel bem simples para passar uma noite somente foi aceitável, pois ao final todas nossas solicitações foram atendidas.

Fiquei 20 dias atrás e foi razoável. Dessa vez foi terrível. Chequei às 21h depois de 12h de vôo e acordado desde às 2h da manhã, extremanente cansado. Já tinha feito o check in virtual. Ao chegar só uma pessoa estava finalizando o check in. Primeiro o atendente ao finalizar o cliente anterior me pediu para esperar pois precisava organizar os papéis, aí surgiu outra funcionária que foi atendendo outros hóspedes e depois começou a conversar com um conhecido que estava atrás de mim e foi atendendo ele. Só para fazer a cópia dos documentos e assinar a ficha foram 15min. Apartamento 227. Só queria jantar e dormir. Fui ao restaurante. Só um garçom perdido entre tantos clientes. Depois de uns 10 min consegui fazer meu pedido. Frango a parmegiana. Minha esposa destacou que era FRANGO, pois não gostávamos de carne. Chegou um frango e um com carne e a batata frita tinha acabado, vieram batatas de saquinho e a porção de arroz era minúscula. R$ 117 reais. Fomos dormir. Pela manhã fui tomar banho e fazer a barba. A luz do banheiro era tão fraca que tive que levar o abajur pro banheiro. Atrás da porta uma toalha usada e no box um sabão usado. Café da manhã, ovo mexido e batata doce estavam horríveis. A parede do quarto estava toda estufada. Tv aberta, só Globo, jornal só Globonews e mesmo assim a imagem horrível e a tv acredito que seja de 20 polegadas.

A localização é muito boa para quem vai embarcar em Viracopos, o pessoal e o antendimento é muito bom, porém as intalações deixam um pouco a desejar. O banaheiro vaza uma agua do box para o quarto o que provoca um cheiro de mofo no quarto, isso estou falando no anadar de baixo.

Quarto bem ruinzinho. Achei um chumaço de cabelo na colcha de uma cama. Os colchões são ruins. O quarto é escuro. O atendimento é bom. Todos foram simpáticos. O self service do restaurante é um assalto. (98 por pessoa) Não tem nada próximo. Pedi room service que valeu mais à pena e a comida estava boa. Não ficaria novamente. Melhor pegar um hotel na cidade e se deslocar até o aeroporto de uber por exemplo.

Experiência decepcionante desde o check-in

O hotel é antigo e, infelizmente, o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Ao reservar pelo site, escolhi cuidadosamente a opção mais cara dentro da categoria "standard room casal", onde estava claramente especificado que a acomodação teria uma cama queen. No entanto, ao chegar, fui informada de que só havia quartos com camas de solteiro disponíveis. Mesmo com a reserva confirmada pela Hoteis.com e a cobrança já realizada, os funcionários disseram que eu deveria ter avisado previamente se realmente iria me hospedar, como se a confirmação da reserva não bastasse. Transferiram para mim uma responsabilidade que claramente era deles. Além disso, o quarto apresentava um vazamento no banheiro, deixando o piso completamente alagado. Quando liguei na recepção para pedir ajuda, a atendente foi extremamente grosseira, recusou-se a ouvir até o fim e chegou a desligar o telefone na minha cara. Toda essa situação poderia ter sido contornada com um atendimento mais acolhedor. Desde o check-in, a funcionária que nos recebeu foi impaciente, ríspida com os clientes e colegas de trabalho, e demonstrou total falta de profissionalismo, revirou os olhos ao ser corrigida, jogou uma folha e uma caneta na minha frente com o número de WhatsApp para envio de documentos, e tratou o processo com descaso. Uma pena, porque com um mínimo de cordialidade a experiência teria sido menos frustrante.
