Únicos funcionários agradáveis foram da limpeza e garçom do refeitório. Atendimento da recepção pessimista e sem disposição para solução de problemas. Recepção pavorosa, mal olham no seu rosto Eu já estava acomodada no quarto , porta trancada por dentro , qdo abre a porta e é um rapaz , hóspede com mala … quase morri de susto , fomos pra recepção e a moça mal olhava na nossa cara. Erraram e deram o meu quarto pro rapaz. Depois meu cartão chave não funcionava… fiquei com medo de dormir e abrirem de novo , coloquei até cadeira atrás da porta Secador de cabelo só na recepção e não tem no banheiro
