Únicos funcionários agradáveis foram da limpeza e garçom do refeitório. Atendimento da recepção pessimista e sem disposição para solução de problemas. Cofre deu problema para abrir no sábado e nos disseram que manutenção só na segunda ( sendo que sairíamos domingo cedo) . Deu muito trabalho e de cara feia

Caríssimo para o que oferece; paguei mais de 400 reais em um quarto com 3 camas, optei em ficar lá pois era próximo ao aeroporto de Campinas. Instalações antigas e mal cuidadas. Café da manhã fraco e sem qualidade. Pão com ovos, bolos prontos, café com leite. Tinha Iogurte e suco artificiais e em copo de plástico. O pão de queijo estava horível e o mamão tinha mofo (nem a casca tiraram para "disfarçar"); Tem um "restaurante" no hotel em que você pode pedir comida "a la carte"; Comida beeem mais ou menos.

Hotel maravilhoso!

Fiquei extremamente surpreso com o hotel, pois a nota não é tão alta, mas o hotel tem uma boa localização pra quem quer ficar no aeroporto, é super limpinho, o café da manhã é uma delícia, o atendimento é ótimo, o quarto é super espaçoso, a ducha é maravilhosa, tem tudo o que é necessário, mesmo sendo um pouco antigo (percebe-se pelo ar-condicionado de parede rsrs). O atendimento demorou um pouquinho no check-in, mas todos super atenciosos, as meninas da limpeza e do café da manhã também sempre simpáticas. Isso faz toda a diferença. Nunca tinha ficado neste hotel, acabava pagando mais caro pra ficar em outros com notas melhores, mas essa será minha nova "casa" em Campinas com certeza rsrs.

Apesar de antigo o quarto era confortável e o café da manhã bem gostoso. A academia tem equipamentos suficientes pra se manter ativa. O staff é muito simpático.
