A chegada ao resort é acolhedora, com os sinos de boas-vindas criando uma ótima primeira impressão. Apesar de um pequeno erro na informação sobre o local do check-in, o processo foi rápido e organizado, mesmo com o hotel cheio. Os manobristas e o pessoal das malas foram muito atenciosos. As malas chegaram poucos minutos depois do hóspede, o que causou leve desconforto, mas nada que comprometesse a experiência. O quarto é amplo, limpo e confortável, ideal para famílias. Cama, travesseiros e roupas de cama de boa qualidade. A iluminação natural é excelente, mas à noite é fraca. O banheiro é funcional, mas o chão estava manchado e a porta antiga. Os funcionários se destacam pela simpatia e cortesia — cumprimentam todos com a mão no peito, um gesto que transmite hospitalidade genuína. As piscinas estavam boas e o parque infantil é divertido, embora a água pudesse ser mais quente. As atrações para adultos e o rio lento são ótimos, e as atividades infantis são bem organizadas, com shows e recreação de qualidade. O hotel mostra boa estrutura, conforto e equipe exemplar. Com pequenos ajustes em limpeza, manutenção e aquecimento das piscinas, tem tudo para alcançar a excelência.

Com criança a coisa deve ser séria!

Foi boa, mas erraram onde não podiam errar. Minha estada foi de 06/09 a 07/09/25. Minha filha faz aniversário 07/09/25. Quando fiz o check in e o atendente falou do ano aniversário da minha filha; disse que enviariam o chamado mimo para ela: basicamente um cartaz de feliz aniversário. Já no dia 07/09; após o café, passei no atendimento e disse que daríamos uma volta e lembrei do envio da cartaz. E falaram sim tudo bem; já está aqui no “sistema “. Resumo da história: próximo do horário nada havia sido enviado. Tive que ligar para a recepção e pedir o envio. Faltando poucos minutos para eu deixar o quarto, enviaram o caríssimo cartaz de feliz aniversário. TOTAL DESRESPEITO!!!!

Hotel bom para crianças, parque aquático e piscinas muito boas. Funcionarios atenciosos e educados. Os elevadores do resort muito pequenos e achei pouco para o tamanho do hotel, tb não tem elevador de serviço onde fiquei, com isso volta e meia a gente tinha que disputar o elevador com os carrinhos de limpeza. Porém o ponto fraco do hotel pra mim foi a comida… muito fraca a comida. Até tinha algumas variedades mas sem qualidade e sem sabor. Tanto salgados quanto doces que pareciam todos diets, exceto o pudim!!! Valeu q experiencia mas não voltaria, o valor da diária é muito elevado para a pouca qualidade da comida!!

Só para quem tem crianças . Valor da estadia não é compatível com o que oferece . Não é um hotel com atividades para adultos . Tome cuidado , uma água de menos de 500 ml , $8 , uma cestinha de pasteis $40, e na saída vale a pena conferir o extrato , no meu havia cobrança a mais que foi retirada a meu pedido

Problema com comida

Tivemos problemas com a comida vômito e diarreia geral, minha filha eu , meu marido e as filhas e esposa de um casal de amigos que estavam conosco. Foi bem desagradável cheguei até comentar com o hotel um voucher d ruma restaurante deles chamado firehouse porém cheguei em casa no dia seguinte e mais vômito foi terrível. Tirando a péssima experiência com a comida o lugar é lindo e as pessoas muito receptivas e educadas. Uma pena.
