Ótimo custo benefício

O café da manhã tem um ótimo custo benefício, oferecendo muitas opções e tudo muito fresco e quentinho. A equipe foi muito solicita e a localização, para quem trabalho próximo a Rod. Dom Pedro, é muito boa e o ponto alto do hotel. Único ponto de melhoria seria sobre o estacionamento: Achei o valor cobrado na diária do estacionamento um pouco alto, principalmente considerando que era apenas para o pernoite, ou seja, eu estacionava após às 19h e saia com o carro antes das 07h.

O hotel é muito bom, limpo, atendimento excelente, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã satisfatório, eu já havia me hospedado outra vez e gostei muito. Dessa vez tivemos apenas um problema, no quarto 221 o colchão está muito velho, bem desconfortável, não conseguimos dormir direito. Da outra vez que me hospedei ficamos nos quartos do andar de baixo, foi excelente a hospedagem! Mas o hotel é muito bom, recomendo, ótima localização, confortável e limpo!

Hotel com ótimo café da manhã com bastante variedade, inclusive leite zero lactose, o que é raro de se encontrar em muitos hotéis. O quarto estava bem limpo, com roupas de cama bem limpas e travesseiros confortáveis. No banheiro, encontrei toalhas bem novas e shampoo e sabonete líquido em frascos bem grandes com aroma agradável. O quarto tem sinal de internet bom, mas a TV estava com sinal péssimo da Claro durante a minha estadia em vários dias e mal dava para assistir qualquer coisa. Gostei do fato de o elevador do hotel chegar até a garagem, pois facilita bastante o transporte das malas. A localização do hotel também é muito boa, pois tem fácil acesso até rodovias que levam até vários pontos de Campinas.

Como sempre, um otimo hotel para estadias em Campinas. Fica proxino de tudo que preciso. Os staff é educado e bem prestativo. Cafe da manhã otimo e o restaurante atende muito bem.

Experiência ruim, meu quarto que era superior, com hidromassagem, a hidro vazava e molhava todo o banheiro, o chuveiro não havia como abrir p esquentar sem se molhar com água gelada, o blackout não era 100%. Os elevadores são lentos e não suportam a número de hóspedes, sendo q para sair do hotel pela manhã aguradávamos de 15 até 30 minutos para descer. Não tem kit de higiene na acomodação. A cereja do bolo, teve uma festa no bar com música ao vivo que foi até as 23:30, o quarto não tem isolamento acústico para garantir uma boa noite de sono p quem está viajando a trabalho.

Quarto muito confortável, ótimas roupas de cama, colchão muito bom, ótimo custo benefício, gostei bastante. Apenas um ponto a melhorar o café da manhã, não tinha opção sem glúten (tapioca ou cuscuz), mesmo eu colocando na observação da reserva. Fiquei chateada, se eu soubesse não teria pago por ele. Realmente não tinha o que eu comer.
