We only stayed one night and we didn’t have breakfast, so our experience was limited. But the room was clean and in good order, but there’s nothing very attractive about the room. The bed was very comfortable, and the employees at the desk were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel near to the airport

Modern hotel in a good location for the airport (10 mins away) but on the outskirts of the main town. Hotel amenities were okay, there is a pool but very small and serves more as a feature. The room inc bathroom was a good size and the bed comfortable. Breakfast included in the price offered a great selection. Bar prices reasonable for a hotel and menu selection good. Unfortunately although reception staff were helpful and friendly, the service was very slow. On the plus side they do offer free luggage storage if you are going on a safari with limited space which is hugely helpful.

Hottest night we've had in the 3 weeks we've been in Brazil. Air conditioner didn’t work in 1st room, not working in 2nd room. Staff just says 'it will be fine when the sun goes down'. It's 10pm, suns been down for 4 hours and the room is still hot.

Tentar descansar, nem pensar!

Razoável.... limpeza boa, atendimento da recepção bom, estrutura boa. Mas não achei seguro, não vi segurança, porteiro..sei lá. Um entra e sai de gente sem identificação. Parei na entrada do hotel, porém não tem manobrista para estacionar o carro, recebi apenas um: "o estacionamento é lá atrás". Dei a volta estacionei, sozinha com uma mala pesada, subindo escada com a mala, até a recepção novamente pra fazer o Check-in. Não gostei, nada acessível! Outra coisa ruim foi o barulho as 6h da manhã. Um barulho de carrinho pelo corredor, funcionários rindo e conversando alto. Fiquei sabendo que a filha de uma estava dando trabalho, que o irmão de outra tinha batido na cunhada, que marido de fulana estava saindo com outro homem, um caos. Parecia feira. No sábado e domingo. Não consegui ter um sono reparador. Muito barulho. Pareceia que estava em um hospital ao invés de um hotel.
