"This is the perfect spot for a single person to get away from it all - or a very close couple. That, or it is the perfect spot for a strong hiker or a guest with a 4-wheel drive car. The characteristic that gives it the charm is that view. It is beyond impressive. Getting up to the cabin is not for the faint of heart. I had so many special requests and asked them to help me plan so many things. Last minute, they went above and beyond for us during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here"

"The staff were all so friendly and helpful. There was a great choice in the breakfast room and the little extras of water bottles and coffee being available throughout the day was very welcome. The rooms were very clean and beds were really comfortable. Although the pool is small it is a welcomed area for relaxing and cooling down. All in all we had a great stay and will be back."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Albert 1er Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk into Old Nice while still being close to the beach. Our room had an amazing view that made every morning and evening special. The A/C didn’t get as cold as we’re used to, but that’s something we’ve found to be pretty common when traveling in Europe, especially during a summer heat wave, so it certainly didn’t take away from our experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The staff was really very good, one staff member only knew French and when I asked about the breakfast he changed our regular breakfast to the gormand option and we were charged 11.50 € extra. The rooms were very very small. We opted for the 9 square meters room. Hopefully the 12 square meters room is slightly bigger. I would suggest getting that. The breakfast was nice but the guy who runs the place is extremely rude. He’s the rudest person my wife and I have ever met in any restaurant. That man should be immediately fired."

"Breaths really limited and repetitive. Food kept running out it’s supposed to be served 7.15-10 but by 9ish there’s hardly anything left. Even when you ask for bread or fruit they act like they don’t understand …. Limited to Bread x1 style of cheese x1 meat x1 yoghurt mini croissants mini pan choc basic cereal. Very wet scrambled egg, mini sausage and bacon. Watermelon nectarines and apricots. Orange juice tea or coffee:hot chocolate. For a week it was not good enough for 3 star. And not enough."
