Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc. All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours. They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of. Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water and snacks for the trip back.

Sou cliente vip acess e eles não me deram o upgrade prometido. Fomos passar a lua de mel, fiquei bem decepcionada. Não tem piscina interna, o spa eles cobram 250,00 p usar 1h da banheira de hidromassagem... e ainda cobraram 150 de taxas extras??????

Excelente hotel, otimo atendimento, limpeza, cafe da manha e chá da tarde (incluso na hospedagem). Lindo jardim, otima piscina climatizada e quarto espaçoso. Da uns 15-20min de carro para o centrinho do Capivari. Recomendamos!
