Overall, we had a very good stay at Hotel Vila Inglesa, but it came with one major caveat. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, plenty of great amenities, a delicious breakfast, an excellent location, and a staff that was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Unfortunately, the room we originally booked was a huge disappointment. It was extremely dated, the shower only had lukewarm water, and because the shower was inside a bathtub, we had to climb in and out every time. When I mentioned the lukewarm water to the front desk, I was told that it was simply how the water was in those rooms, which I found completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Thankfully, after I explained our concerns and requested a room with a standing shower, the front desk upgraded us at no additional cost to one of the newly built rooms. The difference was night and day. The new room was modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and completely transformed our experience. Had we remained in the older room, this trip would have been a real disappointment. I truly appreciate the hotel’s willingness to make things right, and that’s what turned this into a positive experience. My recommendation: Hotel Vila Inglesa is well worth staying at—but I would strongly recommend booking one of the newer rooms from the start. They’re absolutely beautiful and provide the experience you would expect from such a lovely property.

Ala nova com quartos muito limpos e bem equipados. Cafe da manha muito bom. A unica coisa que senti é que alguns mimos só tem para alguma pessoas e não entendi o porque, estavamos em 4 quartos todos com pessoas da minha familia, 1 dos quartos ganhou uma bandejinha com doces e frutas de boas vindas, o restante não, na hora do check out somente 1 dos quartos ganhou tb alguns mimos e o restante não, não entendi o criterio para isso, mas acredito que deveria ser todos iguais já que a categoria dos quartos eram todos da mesma.

Experiência perfeita. Tudo limpo e arrumado. Café da manhã muito bom (pão de queijo perfeito). A Silvana, o Wesley, a Thais e o Felipe nos atenderam muito bem. As staffs com as crianças tb eram muito atenciosas (Joy e acho que a tia Pateta). Só elogios. Pretendemos voltar com certeza.

Este hotel icônico em Campos do Jordão nos recebeu com muito carinho. Tivemos um upgrade no apartamento e recebemos um espumante por ser cliente VIP expedia. O restaurante é maravilhoso, jantamos as duas noites em que estivemos hospedados. O café da manhã é completo e perfeito. A área de laser também é maravilhosa. Andamos de bicicleta e a cavalo. A sauna e a piscina aquecida também são ótimos no final da tarde. Tem música ao vivo na piscina e à noite tem sempre uma atração. Para as crianças tem programação o dia todo. Ganhamos um mimo ao fazer o check-out. Voltaremos com certeza.

Ótima opção em Campos do Jordão, especialmente para famílias. Hotel com excelente estrutura, áreas comuns bem cuidadas e um clima bucólico e acolhedor. Hotel muito bom, excelente para crianças. Meu filho amou a equipe de recreação! Muitos animais e brinquedos para ele. Não fiquei na parte nova, o quarto é antigo, mas funcional, cama boa, roupa de cama e toalhas tb. Café da manhã muito bom, tudo fresco e delicioso, mimos no quarto e até presente no check out. A comida do restaurante é nota 10. Recomendo muito, principalmente para famílias!
