Welcome to this fantastic summer house in sa Ràpita. It offers accommodation for 5 people who love the beach and the rest.
Surrounded by trees, plants and greenery, the terrace becomes the perfect scenery to enjoy the soft sea breeze that you will feel from here, so that your outdoor breakfasts or barbecues will transform into unforgettable moments. Other special beautiful and rustic corners will be your best company when enjoying an interesting reading or tasting a glass of Spanish wine. The property is within a residential area so there are neighbours around.

Inside, you find a luminous traditional style, simple as well as functional. The living-dining room is perfect to organise meals to enjoy all together, rest while watching the satellite TV channels or just chat in good company. You can light the fireplace in case it is cold outside. The joyful kitchen is very well-cared and equipped with a gas stove and all you may need to cook delicious dishes. A washing machine, iron and ironing board also are offered. There are 3 bedrooms available, two of them with twin beds and a closet and the last one with a double bed. A baby cot and a high chair are available. You will find two bathrooms with shower for the whole accommodation. Five fans and 2 electric radiators complete the equipment.

The urbanisation of sa Ràpita is traditionally known for being a quiet and natural place with a paradisaical beach of fine sand and turquoise water which is only 1.8 km away from the house, so you can reach it even on foot. The whole area is special and you will find other amazing beaches like es Trenc just skirting the coast. In town, you will find grocery shops, some restaurants with great views to the Mediterranean sea and cafes.

The accommodation was a typical Spanish villa 10mins from the sea and bars/cafe's. The advert says second bathroom, there is but it is in a block outside. Kitchen had all the utensils you need. Although, could do with some mugs or larger cups and possibly a new coffee maker as this was not a gurgle, gurgle, gurgle more a gurgle ...... gurgle.Generally the place was clean apart from an odour from the inside bathroom in the hot weather, but this soon disappeared by leaving the inside window open.Beds were clean and comfortable.

Sa Rapita, immer wieder

Wie schon im letzten Jahr war alles in bester Ordnung. Leider können wir 2026 nich wieder kommen, da Haustiere nicht gestattet sind und ich nun mal einen Hund adoptiert habe. Wirklich sehr schade.

La cocina tenía la vajilla y paellas todas en perfecto estado. Muy limpio y aseado. Cocina perfecta. . A mi parecer faltaban trapos de secar la vajilla y las manos.....por lo demás...muy bien. Los enchufes del primer baño....un poco flojos. La casa es húmeda . Se nota que es una casa para el veraneo. El segundo baño estaba fuera...cosa que desconocíamos. Las habitaciones tienen todas armario, excepto una. Las camas ...bien. No se especifica que en la casa hay un cuarto cerrado ..... después nos dijeron que era el de la limpieza. Todas las puertas tienen su llave. Está todo bien indicado...pero resultaría más cómodo unificarlas.

Entspannung pur in Sa Rapita

Mit einer sehr genauen Ortsangabe haben wir unser Domizil problemlos erreicht. Es war ausgesprochen sauber und ein frischer Duft empfing uns. Die Zimmer waren genau wie beschrieben. Wir hatten Probleme das 2. Badezimmer zu finden 😅 aber nach sehr freundlichen Telefonaten mit der Agentur kamen am nächsten Tag zwei sehr nette Spanierinnen, die uns das 2. Bad ( welches sich im Anbau befand ) öffneten. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings flog beim Benutzen des Backofens ständig die Sicherung raus. Hat uns aber nicht soderlich gestört, da die Mikrowelle eine Grillfunktion hat. Alle anderen Geräte, einschließlich der Waschmaschine, haben tadellos ihren Dienst getan. Im Ort gibt es mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Lokale von € bis €€. Zum Natunstrand Es Trenc hinter dem Jachthafen sind es ein paar Meter, aber wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Tagespreis fürs parken beträgt 5€. Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen; viele Einheimische mit Familien und keine nervigen Sonnenbrillenverkäufer. Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden auf jeden Fall auch wieder über diese Agentur buchen.

Die Unterkunft war gut, alles wichtige da. Leider ging das Internet und der Ofen nicht und die klospülung war etwas träge :) aber sonst alles top.

Das Haus liegt zwischen 3Straßen, die in der Vorsaison wenig befahren sind.

Die Sicherung springt raus, sobald mehr als zwei Geräte gleichzeitig in Betrieb sind. Heizung geht nur elektrisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist das Haus ? in einem gepflegten Zustand. Der Service von Humerti ist bei Problemen prompt und effizient.

Es hatte ein großen Wohn und Esszimmerbereich und Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet und alles was man zum Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus und die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war auch sehr gut. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle im Ort und Essen in Restaurant gut vorhanden. Wir können es nur Empfehlen in den Haus Urlaub zu machen und würden es gerne dort wieder holen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, viele Geräte waren ganz neu (Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine usw.) Anfang April noch kalt, aber es gab extra Decken für jeden und Heizlüfter. Trotzdem würde ich mindestens warme Socken wärmstens empfehlen. Wie so oft, fliegt in Spanien leicht die Sicherung raus, wenn die Heizlüfter und beispielsweise die Waschmaschine gleichzeitig laufen. Es gibt ein "Außenbad", ein eigener Raum, der über die Terrasse zu erreichen ist. Super! Mit eigener Heißwasserversorgung schön in Ruhe duschen! Ansonsten ist das Haus zwar in sich hellhörig, aber freistehend ohne direkte Nachbarn. Im ruhigeren Wohngebiet, keine Hauptverkehrsstraße angrenzenden. Fußläufig gibt es einen leckeren Bäcker, Eisladen und Restaurants. Nette, einfache Kommunikation, für uns alles bestens. Danke für die schöne Homebase für viele Ausflüge!
