In this charming property you have access to a communal chlorine pool, 3m x 8m and a depth of 1.1m to 1.9m and six sunbeds to enjoy the Majorcan sun. The porch is private and invites you to dine al fresco. The house is located on a farm with cows and is a very authentic place. Inside, the single-storey cottage surprises with its rustic décor and warm atmosphere. The living-dining room, with satellite TV and air-conditioning in the loft, is open to the fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker. The house has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub serves the house. The house is only a few kilometres away from the village of Ses Salinas, where you can find everything you need during your holidays. The white sandy beach of Es Trenc, a natural jewel of the Balearic Islands, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. In the surrounding area you will find many more beaches and coves with crystal clear waters, including Ses Covetes, Playa des Carbo and Colonia de Sant Jordi. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is a 30 minute drive away, where you can visit the cathedral La Seu, the Bellver castle, the Baluard museum or go shopping. Near Palma there are several water parks such as Westernpark and Aqualand and you can also visit the Aquarium. The fireplace cannot be used. In the area there are cows as there is a cheese factory.
