Beautiful resort, we enjoyed our stay. It is clean, elegant, and safe. Definitely worth a visit. The only complaint was no complimentary coffee station like we find at Marriott and Hilton hotels. Coffee maker in the room, but that doesn't do it for me.

The key system didn't work so we had no key to our room. The hotel staff had to run to our room 3 stories up to unlock the door. We asked for a cancelation and Hotels.com said it was unrefundable. We chose not to stay because we did not feel safe. Too many problems checking in and people waiting ...
