The 24 hour staff were friendly and helpful, particularly as it related to getting us a taxi to the airport. The family room was a comfortable suite with a separating door. A small complaint - the sink in our bathroom did not drain, and we were too settled to try go move or get if fixed."

"When I booked a room, there was a picture of 2nd floor room. However, they gave us a room on ground floor instead. No sunlight, no view, no safety. The receptionist refused to change it. The breakfast was good. "

"The hotel was well worth the money, staff friendly and helpful, price of food and drink really reasonable, rooms clean and modern. Location is about 10 minutes walk from the Euro Fira metro station. The only small downside is having to walk past a park after dark which appeared to have a few dodgy characters, however, I would point out that we passed very late at night and we weren't approached."

"Everything was good only thing is if Barcelona is your main destination while you're there it's pretty far from everything I'd get a hotel closer to Barcelona. This hotel is somewhat out of the way but the stay at the actual hotel was nice and the beach town it's in is very nice as well. If relaxing beach is your goal this is a good place "
