"Probably the best place to stay in Palolem. Just a few metres from the beach so no noise at night. Private bathroom so self contained. Indian guests might miss a TV but I didn't as there is only so much cricket that you can watch."

"I had a wonderful stay at Simrose Resort in Agonda, and what truly stood out was the exceptional staff and restaurant experience. The team were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The service was consistently excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious—definitely one of the highlights of my trip. On my first night, I did experience some noise from the restaurant while staying in a beach hut, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. Without any hassle or questions, they upgraded me to a rooftop room the very next day. That level of responsiveness and care really impressed me. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding. The staff genuinely care about their guests, and it shows. I would highly recommend Simrose Resort for anyone visiting Agonda."

"Reasonable stay but not to the standard promised. Our room was large with sea view (through trees and past golf course) but it was quite dated. Breakfast was very poor; food generally was mediocre and over-priced. Hot and cold jacuzzis in spa were not working (allegedly due to maintenance but no work was being done). Most poor was that one of the four restaurants was not open; we were told that they only open it when they have enough bookings and that it serves the same food as another restaurant (this is not what it says on their website). "
