Location is very central - walkable to Boston Commons/Garden, the harbor, the Green Line T station, the North Side (Boston's "Little Italy"), and even the TD Garden. Nice, helpful staff. Updated rooms."

"The hotel was lovely. The rooms are small with not a lot of room to relax or use the desk provided. The showers are small and water leaked everywhere. The bathroom shelf was tilted so things kept falling off. The service was incredible. I did like the experience of staying in a historical, beautiful hotel. "
