"The room was clean. The staff was really friendly. Check-in and out made really easy. The concierge (Chadi) was super helpful and friendly. The property itself is not updated and furniture is old but overall its clean this is not a luxury hotel. There is a musty smell that hits you from the time you walk into the lobby. There is a gym on the second floor and it wasn't crowded as I was the only one using it at the time. The gym equipment is old and dirty. The treadmill sounded like it was about to break down and the wieght bench was dirty and rusting a bit. The bathroom and sauna was super clean though. The steakhouse restaurant that is attached to the hotel is absolutely horrible. The food was tasteless, I was definitely expecting an elevated dinning experience for the price. I didn't take breakfast at the hotel (you have yo pay extra) so not sure how that's tastes Overall the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and basic. If that's what your looking for then you'll be happy. The huge bonus I'd say, was the underground parking. If I remember correctly the charge was $29 per day but I appreciated not having to look for parking. Personally I wouldn't stay there again because the gym, smell and outdated rooms. These are important to me, if they are not for you then its a good place with nice staff."

"The room is very clean, has a small fridge. cleaning service is upon request. No coffee maker or coffee in the room. Ice machine is at the basement. The wifi is great. Overall it is a great hotel at good location ( the subway station 10 feet away from the front door)"
