"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Seaport Hotel Boston! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel restaurant was also excellent—the food, service, and atmosphere were all wonderful and made it so convenient to enjoy a great meal without leaving the hotel. A special shout-out to the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and make our time in Boston easy and enjoyable. Their knowledge and willingness to help really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way—from the room to the restaurant, customer service, staff, and concierge. It’s clear that the Seaport Hotel takes pride in creating a great experience for its guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston! "The room was clean and nice and the hotel has an upscale vibe which I liked. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful when needed. The property is a 10 minute car ride to downtown or walking distance to some shopping places or restaurants at the commonwealth pier area. You can also take the silver line for free from the airport to the trade center and walk about 5ish minutes to the hotel if you don’t want to pay for an uber. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the property charging a separate amenities(?) fee once you get there which is in addition to what you pay on Hotels.com, even if you “pay in full” on Hotels.com. I did technically see this before booking but I had to dig a bit and feel like most people wouldn’t find it otherwise so just keep that in mind when booking/pricing."
