"Stayed at this hotel for a Christmas party and was amazed by the interior—newly renovated and very spacious. I initially underestimated it because of the exterior, but after my first stay, it has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay in Banff. We ended up extending for another night, and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to keep the same room. The location is perfect, right in the center, and the underground parking is a huge plus during winter. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommended!"

"Amazing location, free heated garage parking, beautiful room, the best rooftop hot tub with mountain views. Staff was lovely and so welcoming. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip with other Banff adventures!! Loved walking downtown every day and being able to leave in the car for hiking/skiing without having to defrost or scrape snow."
