"Excellent accommodations for a family ski week! The condo was super clean and fully stocked with all amenities which made our vacation hassle free. Also it was great to have 2 full bathrooms! The outdoor hot tub was a nice touch as well after a long ski day. Thanks Michael for being very responsive and ensuring we had everything we needed for the week. Banff Rocky Mountain Resort

10/10 Excellent

"I loved the location of the resort and the scenic walking trail to Banff (downtown) and the scenic route cycling to Canmore. The grounds are beautifully maintained and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean! The menu is absolutely amazingly delicious and reasonable priced. After a long enjoyable day it was very convenient to enjoy a great meal and conversation with nice people."

Hotel Canoe and Suites

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Canoe. The property itself is beautiful, with incredible views and relaxing hot tubs that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The thoughtful touches really stood out—complimentary coffee was appreciated each morning, and the included bus passes were incredibly convenient for getting around without worrying about parking. Sudden Sally, the onsite restaurant, was another highlight. Their happy hour was the best we found in town, and the bakery items were outstanding. The cinnamon bun is somehow even better than it looks and is a must-try! Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Hotel Canoe to anyone visiting the area."

"Very disappointing stay. We booked three rooms for one night through Expedia. Upon check-in, we were informed that the restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, and several other hotel facilities were closed. What made the experience even worse was the extremely unprofessional behavior of the two front desk staff（Gurzinran and Shim） working on the evening of June 7. After discovering on the hotel’s official website that guests were supposed to receive a 20% discount due to the ongoing renovations and facility closures, we asked about it and were told that no such discount existed. We were then assigned rooms that had a strong renovation odor. When we requested a room change because of the smell, the staff moved us to different rooms. Surprisingly, after the room change, they informed us that guests who stayed in the rooms with the renovation odor would actually receive the 20% discount. The entire situation was confusing, inconsistent, and highly unprofessional. The staff provided conflicting information and showed a lack of honesty and transparency throughout the process. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The hotel demonstrated little integrity and a disappointing level of customer service. I would not recommend staying here."

Lake Louise Inn

"We were in building 5 on the 3 rd floor. I loved the shower head. It felt like rain and so relaxing when showering. The place was also quiet during our stay. Pricey place to stay. The extra resort fee was around $260 for 4 nights. Be ready to pay for extra resort fee. It was not included in the amount you paid in Expedia. The restaurants in Lake Louise area were also expensive. The room has microwave and refrigerator. If you want to save money for food make sure you buy microwavable foods before heading to Lake Louise. Location was very close to Park and Ride and the Visitors center. It is also just 30 minutes drive to Emerald Lake, where you can rent a canoe for $100. Over all it was a nice stay."
