"The views were really great. The only issue was that one side of the Inn faces the railroad tracks and the trains do pass by overnight. Ear plugs are provided and recommended. "

"Our week long stay at the Otter Hotel was perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Using the hot pools and sauna while looking at the mountains was amazing. Two robes provided in room to wear to the hot pools was a very nice touch. Complimentary Roam bus passes provided. Free parking garage a definite plus. Ice machine also has a water spout for filling your bottles, this was a great bonus for my family of water drinkers! Highly recommend staying here. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Coast in Canmore!! It's conveniently located and an easy walk into town, with lots of amenities nearby. I was a bit concerned by previous reviews, and will say that the soundproofing could definitely be improved. The cost is also extortionate but we knew to expect this in August. The staff were lovely though! I would recommend staying here, even moreso during off peak season when I'm sure the price would be more palatable."

"Easy access off the Trans-Canada Highway. Drove to activities but a nice pool and hot tub on site and as the name indicates, a water slide. Good location from where to explore Banff, Lake Louise, Kananaskis, etc. "

"What an amazing night we spent at Lake Louise Inn. We were surprised with a free complimentary upgrade which after travelling 24 hours was very well welcomed! Staff at check in, the restaurants, staff around the complex were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was amazing! Huge beds, bedding and pillows were soft and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all our luggage and included a well equipped kitchen. We wouldn’t hesitate in booking to stay here again. The only negative we could think of….we only stayed for one night! "
