Close to the beach, very friendly family run hotel

the pool is excellent, the location is superb, the owner and family are doing their best but the building is beat up and the overall cleanliness & the breakfast is below expectations if you love the beach and do not care about the rooms...it is great - otherwise!!

There is a different atmosphere on a family owned hotel - such as friendly staff, attention to details. The location is excellent, right by the beach with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. An easy car ride to the archeological sites of Assos/Behram.

Stayed at one of their bungalow for 1 night I can say it’s good,AC working so/so not so good not bad..pool is nice and location is close to the beach..the only issue is too much flies during breakfast and not that much option..

One splendid place

We visited the hotel last year and liked it very much, so we booked it this year for two nights stay. The place is still wonderful but there are few things that had to be renewed. But we love the place, its gardens, the nice, large pool, its beach and its calmness.

A Marvelous Sea

It was an amazzing place: green, relaxing and clean. We were welcomed and we admire the bungalow, the small fruit tree and palms, and flowers lanes around, the big pool and the seats around it and of course the sea. The hotel is on the beach and the see is marvelous, clean and clear waters with coulorful fishes and pebbles. Thanks to the hosts and their friendly attitude. We hope to visit it again!

Dieses Hotel empfehle ich niemanden weiter. Das Hotel ist richtig runtergekommen. Es liegt zwar direkt an Strand, aber dieses ist mit Steinen. Es gab ein Kinderpool und ein normalen Pool, der gar nicht gereinigt worden ist. Die Geräte funktionieren gar nicht. Mit den beiden Pools war ein Loch, der einfach mit zwei liegen bedeckt worden war. Frühstück war sehr mager.

Beklentilerimizi tam olarak karşıladı... sadece kendine ait plajı ve denizi için bile gitmeye değer Özellikle orada bizimle ilgilenen beyefendiye 10 puan☺️ Otel o bölgenin en eski oteli, bahçesi mükemmel ve hayvan dostu olması( en güzel kriter) diğer olanaklarında bu fiyata göre eksikler var elbet ancak ödediğimiz fiyatı karşılayan nitelikte, plaj ve deniz kolayda olsun, sakin bir dinlenme ortamı olsun istiyorsanız, kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz...

Check in yaptirdigimiz sirada resepsyondaki hanimefendinin alti gunun bu otel icin fazla olduğunu soylediginde anlalamaliydik aslinda otelin vasatligini. Otelin dort bir yani gereksiz uyarilarla doluydu, “disaridan yiyecek ve icecek getirmek AYIPTIR” seklinde. insanlara edep dersi verme haklarini nerden bulduklarini da anlamis degilim, sularini denizden tedarik ettikleri icin yuzumuzu yikadigimiz sudan tutun disimizi fircaladigimiz suya varana kadar marketten almak zorunda kaldik. Oteldeki hanimefendinin hosuna gitmemis olsa gerek banyodaki pisligi temizlemek icin camasir suyu istedigimizde dalga gecer uslupta “onuda marketten alsaydiniz” gibi bir tututm sergiledi. Nevresimler kirli, lekeleli ve yirtikti. Pike yerine ince bir carsaf verildi. Temizligin kelime anlamini bildiklerini dusunmuyorum, birakin nevresim degisikligini odadaki coplerimizi bile kendimiz degistirmek zorunda kaldik, alti gecelik konaklamamiz icin. Cayin suyunu bile denizden kullanıyorlar gerisini siz dusunun. Havuz tam bir hayal kirikligi, o kadar pis ve bulanikti ki girdiginiz anda mikrop kapma garantili. Tek guzel yani denize sifir olusuydu. Onun disinda bir artisi oldugunu dusunmuyorum. Assos cok guzel, denizi olsun tarihi yapilari olsun kesinlikle gelinip gorulmesi gerekilen yerler arasinda ama tavsiyem biraz butcenizi yukseltip civardaki otellerden kaliteli, insan muamelesi gorebileceginiz bir tercih yapmanızdır. Son olarak otelin sularından enfeksiyon kaptığımıda belirtmek isterim.

Kadırga koyunun denizi temiz, soğuk ve dalgasız. Otel denizin dibinde, gün içinde istediğiniz zaman denize girip çıkabilirsiniz. Yıldızsaray otelini cevredeki diğer otellere göre daha uygun fiyatlı olduğu için tercih edebilirsiniz ama iki geceden fazla plan yapmamanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü otel eski ve konforsuz. Yerler halı ile kaplı olduğu için temiz hissettirmiyor, klima çalışmıyor, odalarda wifi yok, yatak ve yastıklar konforsuz, odalarda balkon olmadığı için mayo ve havluları kurutmak zor.

Öncelikle beklentiniz çok önemli.lüks bir tatil istiyorsanız beklentizi karşılamaz.ben bunu göze alarak gittiğim için şaşırmadım otel aslında çok şirin ama bakıma yenilemeye ihtiyacı var. Sakin aile ile Kalınabilecek bir yer. Karşılama ve hizmet konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Temizlik te fena değil. Kahvaltı yetişkinler için doyurucu ama çocuklar için yeterli değil. Konumu çok güzel

Kapı girisine burası bir isletme disaridan yiyecek getirmeyin yazmislar herhalde tatili birsey yemeden gecirebilecegimizi dusunuyorlar ( tabi otelin imkanlarinda yemek imkansiz temizlik vs )birde kapi girisinde uyariyorlar yiyecek yasak diye. Musteriye yaklasim kötü. Sabah kahvaltisinda bakarmisiniz diye seslenildiginde bakariz diye cevap veren calisanlari var . Odalara lütuf edip 2 sise su , ısıtıcı koyamamislar.

Samimi ve Doğa Dostu Harika İsletme

Kadırga koyu şahsi fikrimce Türkiye'nin en iyi denizi. Yıldız Saray hotel de kadırga koyunun samimiyeti ve doğasına uygun tek katlı küçük villaları ile zeytin ağaçları içinde kaz dağlarının eteklerinde size harika bir tatil vadediyor. Çarşaflar temizdi, odalarda buzdolabı, klima ve televizyon vardı. Buzdolabı harika sogutuyordu. Kahvaltısı ve yemekleri çok güzeldi. Personel çok yardımsever ve yuleryuzluydu. Bir tatilde arayabileceginiz her konfor mevcuttu. Denizin dibinde zaten, kendine ait sezlonglarinvar ücretsiz. Fiyatlar makul her şey kusursuzdu biz çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik, yine geleceğiz kesinlikle.

Bir gün kaldık ve pişman olduk. Aile odasında bebekli olduğumuzu gördükleri halde çok pis, banyoda çöp kutusu, banyo başlığı dahil paslı olan bir oda verildi. Ayrıca klima çok eskiydi ve asla soğutmuyodu. Dışarısı içerden daha soğuktu. Bebek sıcaktan çok zor uyudu. Her şey eksikti. Ayrıca en önemlisi de hiç temiz değildi. Çarşaflarda ve yastıklarda lekeler vardı, yataklar ve yastıklar çok sertti. Banyo malzemeleri hep eksikti. Kahvaltı çok kötü ve yetersizdi. Hiç hijyenik değildi. Buzdolabı çok kötü kokuyordu ve çalışmıyordu. Çocuklu ailelere özellikle, kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Bedava olsa dahi kalınmaz.

Hayatımda böyle pis bir otelde kalmadım. Bir tek çarşafları temizdi. Geri kalan başta banyo olmak üzere her yer pisti. Banyo leş gibiydi. Neresini anlatayım bilemeyeceğim bir yer… Asık suratlı ve iletişimi bozuk bir işletme… Sahilde kahve içelim dedik oralarda dolaşan görevli şu an yoğunum dedi. Kahvaltı sonrası biz dahil herkes hemen kalkmayıp keyif çayı içerken aynı adam sohbetinizi başka yerde yapın buralar toplanacak diye bağırdı. Odada su yok, tv açılmıyor (sorunca tvsiz satış yapılmış size denildi), şampuan başka otellerden alınmış minicik kirli paslı bir küçük şişe… Berbattı! Buradan Hotels yetkililerine de sesleniyorum; böyle bir yeri otel diye satmamalısınız. Tekrar asla gelmem
